Waterbean Coffee

I visited water Beane coffee with my son today for lunch. The atmosphere with everything with a vast array of places to sit, comfortable couch and chair area with a baby grand piano, workspaces and mingling spaces. I had a build your own croissant sandwich with turkey and cheese and their special sauce was delicious. There’s also a very nice outside area For options of gathering in the sun or in the shade. Will definitely be going back for another visit.

Upon walking in my aunt, and I was completely overwhelmed with the cleanliness of the environment how everything was organized. It was simply the best coffee I’ve had and I love my Starbucks only one that it ties with is is Scooters coffee. The cashier was extremely nice. Explained everything in great detail, and answered every question without hesitation. Highly recommend this one!!!

The coffee is delicious. The space is just stunning. They even have a piano and I love that they still give those chocolate covered espresso beans with your latte.

This is a beautiful, spacious, and comfortable coffee shop to lounge or work. There is a lot of seating and a variety to suit your needs. We dropped by for a caffeine fix and left happily quenched. The paradise iced latte was interesting and delicious. I'm not an Ube fan, but the coffee, coconut, and Ube somehow just work. It was refreshing, light, and perfectly sweet. The barista, Gaosee, was pleasant and very informative about their specialty drinks. Great space to enjoy a cup of Joe, iced or hot.

Waterbean is on a whole other level when it comes to coffee shop experiences. My lattes are always hot and I love the latte art! I also appreciate that each order is placed in a ceramic coffee mug (so cool!). The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is perfect for those who need a space to work or hang out. I will definitely be coming back!

This little gem deserves 10 Stars!! Waterbean is Amazing! The Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and will listen to your likes, only to make you a masterpiece!
If you are lucky, someone that knows how to play the piano will play you a song. If you want to stay and relax with your coffee/tea, it is served in a real glass. It’s the little things that make this establishment amazing!!
And yes, I’m addicted!

Waterbean coffee is a must if you are in Hickory. The coffee is superb as well as their food! They also have macaroons! The cinnamon roll latte is delicious and the iced coffee is high quality. The staff are so thoughtful and the shop is a great place to hang out! Going to Waterbean is a wonderful experience that will have you wanting to come back again and again!

Always an amazing place to just unwind and chill. Great coffee and drink choices especially for those who like experimentation. Amazing friendly staff and offer great recommendations if you’re ever curious about certain combinations. Couldn’t recommend the place enough.💯

Awesome place to study, chat with a friend, or to just grab a coffee on the go. It tastes like coffee, not like sugar with some coffee! They also have very unique drinks!

A great place to work or meet up with a friend.

Some of the most delicious coffee we’ve ever had. We travel often and enjoy trying new local people places, we loved this one so much we bought a bag to come home with us. The cafe is clean, Wi-Fi available and seems like a good place to remote study/work as there were a few doing so both times we came. We ordered the East/West sandwich, it was delicious. Highly recommend.

Not normally a big coffee guy, but this place is awesome! Really nice, super clean, great customer service, and the coffee is great.

This is a very pretty place that’s Instagram worthy. Great atmosphere with delicious coffee. I always go to Starbucks, but have switched over to Waterbean. The workers are super friendly and service is quick. Great place to have a social gathering with workers/friends. Also a nice place if you need a place to study.
I became a regular and one of my order was messed up one day. The owner was super friendly and gave me a gift card. Not every owner is as responsive as this one. I will definitely continue to support and recommend this place.

Finally, a solid coffee shop you can work out of. Desperately needed in Hickory! Latte was great and the baristas were very kind. A couple of side things, be sure to bring headphones as it appears they keep Christian worship music playing all day. If that’s you’re thing, then you’ll really love the place. Otherwise, bring headphones. Another thing is, the vehicle entrance, this isn’t the shop’s fault as there is a lot of development going on. There is one way in and people use it as an exit, making you have to pull a U-turn to get in there. Maybe some signage when leaving the parking lot to turn right so that entrance remains an entrance rather than an exit. Truly beautiful space, great location and I will certainly be supporting them on my morning commutes. Overall tremendous place!
