Says they open at night but door is always bolt locked what are the actual hours or is there a shutdown where is gets locked

My wife and i visited your store yesterday 7/26/22. And tryed to get 2 subway sandwiches, the young man was very rude and didn't really want to Wait on us. this was around 7:30sh. Don't know if he was more interested in the two young girls that was in the back room or not. Put the wrong topping on one of the sandwiches, and then said McDonald's was right down the road. At that point we wolked out, and i returned and ask for a manager, i got a phone number, tryed to call but the voice mail was full. Just thought you might want to know what's going on at your Business. Iam sure you can look at your camera system. Thank you.

I have a certified service dog and the district manager told the staff I am not allowed to bring him into the store. I walk a mile to the gas station and my dog is able to sense seizures before I have them. I told the staff and offered them documentation and they just said sorry. If a lawyer reads this get ahold of me.
