They finished my care two weeks earlier than expected. They would call me twice a week keeping me informed on their progress and the technician that worked on my car did an excellent job.

Can’t say enough about David, Melissa and the Wilmington and Jacksonville crews at Gerber! Kept us informed the whole way, and pulled the expected completion date way in, making the wife happy to get her baby back shiny as new. Would HIGHLY recommend Gerber to navigate your retail/insurance collision repairs. Thanks guys!

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming when I came to drop my vehicle off. They informed me step by step on what’s going on with my SUV and told me what needed to be repaired and how long it would take. I received my SUV the day the told me it was going to be done. They had my vehicle cleaned and vacuumed. I am very pleased with their service and would work with them again.

Last week my son’s car was in the shop for insurance covered repair work to repair damage to my son’s car. This week I was back with a non insured repair for a damaged mirror. I had the replacement part, just needed it painted. They went above and beyond to take care of me and I was exceptionally pleased with the work and what they charged me for the work. While I hope I never have to go back, if I need a body shop, THIS will be the only place I will use. 11 out of 10!

I can't say enough positive things about Gerber! Their attention to customer service is top notch. I received regular updates, either by text or phone call and my vehicle was ready before the projected time given. Although I hated giving up the 'zoom zoom' Dodge Charger rental (Lol), I am very happy with how quickly my vehicle was ready. It was clean and looked brand new again! Great people, always kept me informed of status of my repairs. Overall very easy process!!

Everyone at Gerber (Onslow Drive) were wonderful. Kristen was on top of everything helping me with the insurance and rental car companies. David was spot on with keeping me updated on the status of the work they did. And the guys doing the work were polite and professional. Everyone at Gerber has a great sense of humor, which comes in handy when your car has been keyed on both sides. Thank you David, Kristen, and everyone at Gerber. My Forester looks brand new again!

Went with family to take a vehicle for an estimate. No actual work has been done on the vehicle yet. We are supposed to take the vehicle back in a few days to get the body work done. I will update this review as soon as the work has been done. However, the people were very nice. Very friendly! And very professional! I have high hopes.

------Update Febm 1 2020-------
We picked up the car today, and WOW! They did a great job! The damage was repaired, paint was blended so that it's nearly undetectable, and they even cleaned the car inside and out!

They estimated the work to take six days, and it took six days. They called on the afternoon of the sixth business day to let us know the car was ready for pick up. Due to the time, we had to wait until this morning to pick it up - as we could not make it by closing yesterday.

They worked with the insurance, and the rental agency flawlessly.

Obviously I wish the minor accident didn't happen, but they fixed it, and did a five star job all the way!

Side note: they even came in close to their original estimate. that's impressive, and not at all the normal body shop way of business. Great job!!!! Highly recommended!

Fast, professional, and Great work.

I've included a pic showing the right side where the damage was located. There was moderate damage to the front right quarter panel where it meets the front passenger-side door, and the door(s) had an extensive scratch running down them before the repair. It looks great now. Please forgive the less than optimal lighting conditions.

Wow. Customer service is top tier here. My wife's car was hit and they were quick to work with insurance to get it fixed. Most importantly to me was the updates. They sent me text updates every work day to let me know the progress. Any body work I ever need I know where I am going.

Gerber did a great job of being prompt and courteous. Finished all repairs, it looked like new and they even cleaned my car!

We had to have a minor repair done on our car after an accident. We did not choose the collision repair company (the insurance company for who caused the accident did), we were very happy with their choice. Gerber Collision did excellent work! The process from drop off to getting a rental and then picking up our repaired car was incredibly easy. I think what I was most impressed with was their system of communication. We received constant updates through their system with updated estimates. We were overall extremely impressed with the process and result! Thank you so much for being a shining moment in a less than happy event!
