Went in yesterday to set up an additional phone/line that was needed at an authorized dealer store only to find out they deceived us on what we actually needed just to gain more of a commission. Christoper Eaton at the corporate Verizon store on Western Blvd spent almost 2 hours with me correcting and setting up the new phone with me which should have been done by the authorized dealer store. He was patient, empathetic, and extremely helpful. Thank you Chris!

I want to give five stars for the simple fact that Kelvin and Diana had amazing customer service! I had to make a few appointments in order to complete my order, however, it was worth it for me to work with Kelvin. I ended up running into a technical problem where Diana had also stepped in to help me solve it. Her expertise was amazing. I would go back to this location any day if I were able to work with Kelvin or Diana! They were amazing to work with and made me feel like I was important. Thank you both for your time and for being kind and thoughtful. It was all very much appreciated!!

Verizon has been our provider since 1994. Of course it wasn’t called that then. I did leave for one year and came back. The grass isn’t always greener over there. I love their coverage and signal strength. 5g at my house in the country. I do live near a state hwy. Just purchased a new iPhone 15 and am happy with the trade. Great service.

BRANDON was the absolute BEST customer service rep we have ever received help from at a Verizon store!! He was extremely patient and answered all of my mothers questions in great detail. He was so down to earth and so easy to talk to! I wish every rep in the cellular business was as thorough and friendly as he was. Amazing service as ALWAYS. Got me in and out quickly. Allowed me to use the 150.00 off a new watch AND trade in My DAMAGED watch 3 even gave me the max 180.00 for trading it in. Also gave them the 100.00 that I was going to use to have my watch 3 repaired. AWESOME job guys keep up the good work. FYI everything I accomplished here they would NOT let me do at the Verizon store at 251 western Blvd. I will NEVER go to that establishment again.

Today I had to get a few things at this location and I got A+ customer service. This gentleman by the name of Brandon went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed for my car. Sometimes you do not know what someone is going through. He took the time to ask all the right questions and was able to sense my needs this took a whole lot of stress off of my shoulders. I was definitely satisfied and Verizon you are lucky to have this young man apart of your team. Good customer service is very rare these days.

So despite I did not leave this Verizon store with a new business account because the upfront cost based on my company being newly established with no existing credit had a required 400 deposit per device.

I would like to add that the team there had done everything in their power to have that deposit waved, but to no avail obviously was unable to make it happen.

They have just as great products with just as great prices as most cell phone companies have abs they do have fair business plan pricing per mobile plan, tablet plan, and laptop plan.. unfortunately, as a start-up business, though, I have to think of the short term financial aspect, the less omniscient photography LLC spends now and pays later the more time I have to obtain the business to hate a return on investment.

I would recommend Verizon to anyone that wants to attempt to have a business line but if they fail other competitors might be more lenient on newly established credit lines on new small business.

If I would have decided to use my personal social security number with my business ein number may have been different (for the worse honestly) but I do not believe in mixing my personal finances with my business because me abs my business are both separate entities.

Great sales floor team excellent friendly customer service and they will try anything to help its customers bring up front costs down rather its a consumer account or a business account.

I had a great experience a few months ago at this location with an issue with my phone and ended up at an authorized dealer location in the area last month with an issue and they messed up my account and unbeknownst to me, took off a promotion that I was supposed to still continue receiving. When I when back with phone issues yesterday, Jessica helped me problem solve not only my phone issues, but also helped me greatly by getting on the phone with the main hub and fighting to get my promotion put back on correctly. I am so thankful for Jessica for going above and beyond not only diagnosing and fixing my phone issues to make my phone work again, but also making sure my account was set up correctly. I would highly recommend her to anyone with Verizon!

The gentleman named David was very informative as well as very patient. He answered my questions and when my problem wasn't able to be fixed(due to my phone being out of warranty)he offered other solutions to get my phone taken care of. He also proceeded to save me money by telling me to come back at a certain date when the phone i want to buy will be on sale. 10/10 definitely recommend!

The amazing customer service I received from the Verizon team at this location was worthy of a message sent directly to the Chairman and CEO of Verizon, Mr. Hans Vestberg. I was happy to share a compliment about the superior customer service I received from Jody, Josh, and the General Manager, Rod. Jose has also helped us in the past and should be recognized for his upbeat and calm demeanor every time we visit. Mine and my husband's most recent visit is what prompted me to reach out to the company's CEO via e-mail to share how Jody, Josh, and Rod helped me with my new Flip Z 4 phone and went above and beyond in their assistance. I am thankful for all three of them and hope the Verizon Executive Leadership responds to me so I can give details! Until then, I am spreading the good news through word of mouth and this Google review.
P.S. I truly hope that the Verizon team members at this location will receive recognition for their outstanding customer service.

Great staff! Very professional and customer friendly. The staff as well as the Manager did everything they could to help resolve my phone issues. They could have easily just brushed me off and told me I needed a new phone but they didn't. Thank you, again!
