Glass Guru perfectly installed several huge front and patio windows for me. No pressure salesperson to do more than I wanted. Ben and Kevin were very considerate and professional. The work was done carefully and in a reasonable time. In conversations with Ben, Kevin, or Monica in the office, I never got the feeling I was being taken advantage of as a woman or a senior. They were truly nice people.

We have a custom steel frame dining table and needed to get a glass tabletop for it. After researching a lot of local glass companies in the Plano/Garland area, I liked everything I found for The Glass Guru of Plano, so I called them first. I talked to Monica, and she was super helpful and knowledgeable. She guided me through the glass options on the phone, but their office didn’t have a sample of the kind of glass I wanted to see. Monica said she’d contact the supplier and try to get a sample. Within a couple of hours, she called me back and had the sample ready for me to see at their office in Plano. She personally went to the supplier and got it for me! After that, I didn’t even bother to call any other glass companies. I went by their office to see all the glass options, and Monica gave me a quote and wrote up my order. The glass was ready in just a few days. The team that delivered and installed the glass made sure everything was perfect. Monica was awesome and followed up to make sure we were happy, and later the team sent a handwritten thank you note. That’s the way to run a company!

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Ben and Mike at The Glass Guru! They installed a beautiful beveled mirror and new privacy window in our bathroom. Very knowledgeable, great communication, and craftsmanship!

We had a need for special size of glass to be used as a small table top. It was very easy to communicate size need online with a staff member who very quickly sent back a quote via email. Within 7 days we were able to pick up the glass and pricing was very reasonable. Good service and good product.

They told me it would be 3-4 weeks before receiving my glass, but came within a week and they fit me in their busy schedule to accommodate me. Service was fantastic and surpassed our expectations. Glass Guru replaced two fogged up tempered glass panels in a sliding patio door, reusing the existing frame and for far less than replacing the door unit would have cost.

Great guys to work with. Due to the pandemic and newly changed requirement to safe guard the patients and the team, we had to install clear separation sneeze guards at the front check in/out counters. Instead of plexi glass, I opted for clear tempered glass for the sneeze guard. Mike took the measurements and got the glass in a week, and brought to the office and helped me to put in the frame that I ordered. Everything went very smoothly. They were just overall nice guys. Always on time and courteous. They even send me a nice thank you card for working with them! Definitively will use them when I need to replace the foggy windows.

The Glass Guru team contacted me promptly after looking for help with replacing a window that probably caught a rock from a lawn mower. It was not an emergency situation, but they took care of us in an expeditious manner. We special ordered a textured window pane and they delivered exactly what we were looking for. Took about an hour to pull the old window and replace it with the new one. Great work by a great team!

Glass Guru provides excellent service. From the initial call to inquire about a replacement window, to the installation, and even the follow-up after the job - everything was top notch! I would absolutely recommend.

A bird flew into our window and Glass Guru was able to get out quickly and review the damage, measure and order the window on May 24. It was stated manufacture of the window would take 7-10 business days. The window was ready by June 12, then installed the morning of June14. Everyone I talked to was friendly and responsive to questions, and informative. Installation took less than 45 minutes. I am completely satisfied with the process and work done. The replaced window was 40"x34" double paned, 9 framed rectangles.
