I'm so glad we came to this location. We were having issues ordering a phone with the MyVerizon app not letting us order correctly. We came into this location, and Beth took wonderful care of us and handled everything. She ended up making several calls to get it all straightened out for us, and we couldn't be more thankful for her help! We will be doing all of our cellular business through this store and Beth from now on.

My phone stopped working and I was stressed out about the whole situation. I walked into this store and I was lucky enough to be helped by Jay!

I was looking for a phone since mine broke on Christmas Day. I walked in and Jay greeted me with the biggest smile. I felt welcome and that means a lot. I ended up buying two phones for me and my female companion.

I just want to express the absolute joy it was to work with Beth as a sales person. I have had phones at many different carriers in my life time, and hands down Verizon has some of the best employees working for their company, especially at the store in Troy NY. Beth was very accommodating, when it came to my cellular needs. Beth is very knowledgeable about her job and the products that she is selling. My needs were met exceptionally well, and I will never go to another company or store again. The store in Troy NY will always have my business. I can’t remember the name of the girl who worked with me I believe Harley ? younger dark hair, tattoos but she was amazing! She sat with me for almost two hours helping to find ways to transfer my contacts and photos over from a broken phone to a new phone she was so patient with me (I’m horrible w technology) and all while handling other customers and answering phones by herself! She was so nice and helpful. Hope that she gets a promotion!! most employees would have given up in that scenario but she kept trying and ended up figuring it out! I hope she gets a raise !
