I stopped by on Saturday for replacement wiperblades and headlights. Vince T. greeted me with a loud welcome and friendly compliment. I was immediately drawn to him. He took me directly to where I needed to be and told me about some pertaining deals. He was incredibly helpful and very personable. I'm so grateful for his assistance inside the store and with my car. Thanks for making my experience super easy!

Best service ever! I stopped by this morning to get a headlight. Before I even get inside another associate that was arriving held the door open for me. I was going to try and fix it myself. Vince the manager came out to my car and helped me pop the hood then he gets the headlight out. It was not in the easiest spot. But he got it out and then got me the new bulb and some grease so the next time it would be easier for me to change it. And he went and put it back in for me which also wasn’t very easy. He also made sure it was working before I left. He was more than helpful and it was more than I was expecting. I was so grateful for his help! Thank you Vince!

Vincent was amazing! I went it for a new battery and he was so helpful and kind. He changed my battery without any hesitation and was happy to help me. Will definitely be back in the future!

I stopped to get my battery tested and then ended up getting it changed out as well. Ray the assistant manager helped me. He was such a pleasant gentleman to work with and explained a few things to me as well. I'm big on customer service (being a manager myself) and figured he deserved a great review. Clinton was extremely helpful. First helped with my in-store purchases, then helped check my battery, then helped replace the battery, and even checked the warranty on the old battery to cover the new one under warranty! Very helpful and friendly to my family. Thanks, Clinton!

I had a truly great experience with AutoZone. I had a dead battery and bad windshield wiper blades. After driving through a storm from North Central Florida with these problems, I made my way to the AutoZone. One of the employees there, his name was Ray ,came to my aid and assured me he would help. He checked my battery thoroughly and explained to me that they were dead cells and I needed a new battery. He installed a new battery for me and change the windshield wiper blades and sent me on my way. This man was like a saint. What a great job he did. It’s people like him that make me a loyal customer to the AutoZone.

Hunter F. helped replace my battery since it was on warranty since I last purchased it. He saved me a lot of money and helped me mitigate whether my alternator was an issue.

I just wanna say thank you to; Mike, Vince and Colin (hopefully i got that right) for personally helping me in replacing my spark plug and engine coil. I did the work outside incase i needed some tools but these gentlemen took time out of their day to make sure i got everything i needed and even helped me in replacing the parts. (They didnt do the labor) but told me how to do it while i did the work. I will forever go to Wickham Autozone. Ive always been greeted with helpful men and satisfaction service!! I started going here when I had my old 2010 Kia Forte and now I have a honda accord.

If you need your car hooked up to the computer to see exactly what's wrong, they do it for free! Most places do as well.

Amazing customer Service!! Mateo was out there in the heat changing my battery, which was giving him a hard time, and was still pleasant to deal with. Great location with all friendly workers!

Mike D. is absolutely incredible!! He replaced my battery, despite how much of a pain it was to even access the battery in the first place. He did this in the pouring rain and was extremely kind the entire time. He turned my day around and I’m driving away with a new battery and a smile! Thank you Mike!!!
