Couldn’t be more thankful for the Pam Bay crew, they got me back up and running with an $15 used Switch charger…my SWITCH wouldn’t charge or turn on for a month.

Kristi, is AWESOME 👌. She taught us all about Kirby+ the new Batman and she is super informative and professional. Even when the lines are long and stuff gets intense she delivers incredible customer service. As a stock-holder...Mgmt give this employee a raise!! Store is always clean and well stocked.

Great place with so much games I can choose from but when I visited I got myself with help from my loving mother a 2ds since that all I wanted for Christmas and they had it so I am grateful thank you GameSpot!! :)

This location is great. Very clean and great selection. The customer service is on point and they typically have early release for new games so you can get them the night before it comes out.

I went in with my husband today. Tory assisted us. She was awesome. I mean, like she truly went above and beyond. She dix my husband's account, she had a lot of knowledge on games and systems. We had a membership and didn't even know we would get $5 every month until she told us. Her attitude amd energy was great. We also came soon before they were closing and even thought it was late, we were not rushed and Tory gave us awesome 5+ star service.

I appreciate quick stops when I'm on a mission, and today I was. Ran in, was waited on quickly. Huge points and props to Drew for knowing the market and products and inventory. He checked online to confirm what he believed to be true (out of stock on a discontinued item), made an offer to order and ship. He took care of all of this pleasantly and kindly. Customer care is huge to me, and I would award the giant lollipop to him, and this store in general, as I witnessed the same care given to others who didn't buy anything, someone quite needy in their shopping experience, and more. Grateful! Keep up the good work!

I probably just had the absolute best customer experience with Gamestop I have ever had. I had the please of having Tory help me with an account issue I have been having difficulty fixing probably since I was a kid. She got on tge phone immediately after I told her my issues with my account and stayed on the phobe patiently maneuvering and problem solving every obstacle that would have normally confused and stumped me. I sincerely hope this company reads these reviews because Tory should be recognized as a Rockstar customer professional. This will forever be my homebase GS in the future 💯 thank you Tory.

I’m honestly surprised there are still Game Stops open. This one was busy too but the customer service was great. My son took an Xbox one and PS4 to get store credit towards an Xbox one S. They were very helpful and we were in and out within 25 minutes or so.

Yesterday 2-20-2021 around 1pm both your staff the male and female( im not sure of the names) both are extremely good at GameStop. Fast, polite, and work ethic of what you should expect to see. Good help is hard to find , nick give these two a raise and promotion they deserve it!

Aaron was awesome and helped us with finding GTA as well as explaining the disc insurance. Amazing customer service, Aaron was knowledgeable and even knew the upcoming release dates of the top of his head.

Great staff who help on a regular basis but a frequent target for flippers. You pretty much have to be there at open to have a chance at anything collectable, and sometimes they open a few minutes early if someone's waiting outside.

I enjoy coming here...the staff are always eager to please their customers
