Beyond happy with my hair. I got my hair done by Zoie G. I have gotten wolf cuts/very layered hair in the past and previous hair stylists could not get the shaggy look correctly, Zoie did it phenomenally! First time i’ve left a hair appointment without having to go home and style it myself! Will definitely be returning to get my hair done by her again.

The vibes were immaculate start to finish. It was lovely to see how supportive and helpful all the stylists and staff were with each other. All of the customers seemed genuinely at ease and happy with not only the stylist they were working with but also with the finished product and left satisfied. My personal experience was with the wonderful and talented Apex. From the moment I was seated in her chair she did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable. She went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect color, achieve the style of cut I wanted, and learn how to style my sometimes unruly hair. I absolutely am in love with my new look and that’s all thanks to Apex! I would recommend her and the entire salon to anyone who will listen. I will absolutely be back!

The whole team at WOS is wonderful. My hair initially wasn’t done how I asked, but I was able to come in and get it redone to perfection. Remika, Apex, Zoe, and another very sweet lady in training all worked together on my hair to get me out the door when I needed to be done, and I absolutely love it now. They worked seamlessly to completely change my color from darker to lighter and made sure I was happy when I left. It wasn’t what I wanted at first, but the whole team made sure everything was perfect before I left. Would recommend anyone on this team/at this salon to take great care of you and your hair.

The amazingly talented Laura came to my rescue when my original hair appt to have my hair styled was canceled the day of the Marine Corp Ball! I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and explained that i'd need it to last all day. She far exceeded my expectations and it stayed perfectly from my 10am appt until I took it down at 3:30am! I highly recommend Laura and I'll be using her for the rest of the time we're here! Thank you so much Laura for doing such a beautiful job

My old stylist, Doran (miss her dearly), moved and recommended Hayli. Super happy with her, she is a perfectionist and will work to get my orange/red coloring exactly what I want. She nails it every time.

Great place for a haircut for men. I came in to get my very shaggy hair cut, with no real description of what I wanted done, and my stylist still managed to exceed my expectations. Also, Aveda products always smell great. I don't personally use any product in my hair, but I love being around their products' very distinct smell.

My only suggestion would be for my stylist to have a bit more confidence in her abilities. She almost told me there wasn't any time for me to get a cut when her colleague convinced her that 50 minutes is plenty of time for a men's cut. She gave no attitude and reluctantly took me back for a cut and did a great job, with no time crunch. She's great at her job and needs to remind herself of that, otherwise she'll turn away money, and even worse future repeat clients.

I was in dire need of a haircut after neglecting it for a while. Mostly from being busy, but also because I haven't really found a place that I felt I would like... But Hayli did an amazing job! My hair feels so much lighter, healthier, and it's definitely cuter! The vibe of this salon is great as well. I'm so happy that I found this place!

This was my first visit to this location/brand of salon, and let me say l that I am amazed! My stylist was Ramika, and after she greeted me, she offered a drink (coffee, water, tea). We did just a woman’s haircut, and I explained that it had been 3 years since I had my hair professionally cut and that I desperately needed this as I have lost myself in pregnancy and motherhood. I talked to her about how my hair was the last time I ever had it cut and that I was surprised my hair was supposed to be so curly, but I wasn’t sure if it was just products or natural. But when she was all finished, my hair became extremely curly again and nearly brought tears to my eyes. My hair is beautiful again and it’s all thanks to her! I will definitely be coming back again!!

Called and got an appointment for a cut within the hour! I was open to whatever Apex thought would look nice with my hair and I’m glad I did. She did great! I have VERY thick hair and have always played it safe with haircuts but she knew exactly how to style and thin it out. Just wish I found this place sooner!

Fondahn did an amazing job on my hair today! I was nervous being that I've never dyed my hair before and she made me feel very at ease and it turned out better than I imagined! She also didn't feel well and still worked very hard to make sure I felt ok. 😊 I am definitely returning to her!

My stylist was Alexa and it was such a great experience! She was patient, nice, and trying her best to give the best outcome to her clients. Would definitely go back to her for my following sessions!

The customer service from the staff was on point. The staff was professional and worked well with my daughter. They allowed my wife and I to swap off with no issues and provided regular updates during the appointment. I would highly recommend the salon and the stylist we used today for future appointments.

Hayli, at the Jacksonville location, is amazing! She's cut my son's and my hair with no issues. Her meticulous attention to detail leaves me feeling confident that I'll be happy with the result. She's never failed me!

I went to this salon yesterday for a haircut, and my experience was amazing!! Hayli was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. She cut 12 inches off, did a great job thinning out my hair, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this place!

I couldn't recommend this salon more, Rimika did an amazing job with my hair and bringing it back to life. All the ladies in this salon work great together as well, I have never seen so much "team work" in a salon before it was great to see everyone helping each other out. 10/10 I'm going back again!

I went in to get a men’s haircut and it was the best one I have ever received from a salon. Rimika was my stylist and she did not disappoint. I told her exactly what I wanted and my hair cut was perfect. Google should have 10 stars for that stylist, because that’s what she deserves! I know where I will be getting my hair cut from now on.

Fondahn is the absolute best! And I have super high standards! She makes sure you get what you want and go home happy! She even made my 14 year old happy and trust me that's not an easy task !
