I seriously don’t know why the bad reviews!?! EVERY postal worker was FRIENDLY and HELPFUL with their customers! Did I mention it is Dec. 14th and one of the busiest days for shopping?
I came in needing to mail lots of packages for multiple locations and used lots of different forms. I thought I filled out the forms completely at home and was good to go. Unfortunately, I did not have all of forms ready as needed when I got to the counter. Christina, who is AMAZING and WONDERFUL, helped me with what packages she could and then asked me to step to another counter to complete my forms (my fault, not hers!). She then told me once I finished to go to the front of the line for the next postal worker. How is this place not helpful or friendly!!!??? We are blessed to have postal workers with smiling faces who care and show it! Thanks for all you do!!!

My encounters with the staff has been nothing but positive - they are always friendly and helpful. I recently called about a temporary change of address ending. The gentleman verified the dates on the computer and even checked with my mail carrier to make sure he was aware the situation. Excellent customer service!

My packages have been well cared for and the staff has always been kind and courteous. However, the location sure could use a grounds keeper. Pretty rough looking! WOW!!! Went to pick up mail today and landscape crew was working,!!!! Place looks fantastic!!!! Great job guys!!!
Just went to get my mail and my post office box has me locked out, probably didn't get the payment that was mailed because it got lost in the mail. Crazy since I have had that box for 21 years. I'll take care of it tomorrow. Sad thing is I get my meds and appointment schedules for the VA in my box because of the Agent Orange stage 4 cancer I have been dealing with for the past 4 years from service in Vietnam in 67/68.
Come on guys, after 21 years, really??

We have used this post office for three years now. The staff has always been helpful and polite. The delivery personal do mess up once in awhile but that has happened in every city I have lived in.
After seeing how some of the customers treat the postal employees, I can understand that they can become a bit callous at times.
My suggestion to people would be , treat as you want to be treated.
Keep up the good work.

We have a book, and other media, business we run out of our home. We ship a lot of packages from this post office. We are very pleased with their service. Everyone that works at this post office is always friendly, courteous and helpful. They always seem to have enough people working, so the line moves quickly. Usually there is not a line, but if there is it's only a few people. We have absolutely no complaints. They are doing a great job! Also, we receive a lot of mail at our home. Our mail carrier is a great guy, and is doing a great job as well! Thanks to all of you for your hard work and dedication.

They came out and picked up a package being sent by my 91 year ole Mama! They were so nice and helpful! I believe the carriers name was Joanne and my Mom said she was the nicest . When I called The PO The Guy on the phone ran out and got the tracking Number from her for Me! From Start to finish... THATS WHAT I CALL GREAT SERVICE !

No lines when I visited around 1pm. 2 self serve kiosks and 3 employees ready to help. I had some questions about USPS mailing standards and they were extremely patient and very friendly.

I had a recent experience with the OV Post Office where I requested to move to another box in our neighborhoods cluster of boxes since the newly installed cluster put my box at the very bottom where I had to bend almost to the ground to get my mail. I've been hear 21 yrs and I'm glad the box cluster was changed. They needed it. After several attempts and being told NO, Supervisor, Angel Suarez got involved and WOW, Does he get it. He helped resolve the issue, move me to another box, provide the keys and the mail on the day he said he would get it done. Angel is professional and caring. I give him 5-STARS for his service. Thank You!

This is by far my favorite post office location! Every staff member always greets me with a smile, and for the times I've been here, I've never had to wait in line very long at all. The service was quick, and I have been able to get my packages mailed out in a timely manner.

An absolute pleasure to deal with! We own a business in Canada and when we are here we have to ship many many boxes internationally.
The staff are always pleasant to talk to, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
I wish they would train Canada Post on how to manager customer service properly.

While I haven't worked with all the clerks at the Oro Valley post office, I'd give this post office high marks. Especially Oscar and Sunny?.
We were just in yesterday, at the end of the day, one week before Christmas and had a huge mailing to get out.
Those two guys were awesome! And it was a lot of packages (over 60!) they had to process. We were there after they officially closed and no complaints. I was impressed and while I've read some negative reviews, I haven't seen that.
Also, in general, all the staff there are pleasant, helpful and service-oriented even this time of year with lines of people waiting to mail Christmas packages, (and some impatient, rude people sprinkled among the throngs). The staff there truly make an effort to serve well and ensure you spend as little time as possible there.
I'd go out of my way to do my mailing there. Actually we do! Living in Marana, I'd never go to the location near Arizona Pavilions. However, the post office on Thornydale and Magee is a close second to the Oro Valley location. They try pretty hard as well!

Never have an issue when I stop in. There is sometimes a wait but the line moves quickly. Be patient and you'll find the workers at the post office are here to help.

Had a very fragile package delivered today. Arrived in perfect condition! Greatly appreciate the care. JB

The people who work here are professional and friendly. This PO can get pretty busy, so bring your packages...and your patience!
