I did the right thing several years ago when I switched vendors to do bulk printing for our volunteer organization. Their work is excellent and completed in a timely manner. They have done well everything from 1,000 color copies of a sheet of paper to 1,000 color copies of a trifold brochure. Their price is very competitive and their turn-around time is exceptional! Highly recommend!

Terrific service! Oracle Piano Society and Oracle Center for the Arts regularly use AIM for their concert programs and marketing materials— full color print service, always meet our deadlines, great staff!

I had to get fingerprints done for state board of nursing and the staff here was wonderful. They assured my prints were done properly and sent exactly the way they needed to be. I then received my fingerprints back from the board of nursing who bent them on their way back. I was so upset and worried I was going to have to pay quite a bit more money to get them redone. The staff at AIM worked so well with me and helped me resolve this issue! They were wonderful and helped relieve so much stress! I will definitely be returning.

I was shipping an item with a label that was provided by the company that the return was going to. I mailed it on 5/31/22 and over a month later it had not arrived at it's destination. FedEx said it was the Post Offices responsibility, and the Post Office said it was FedEx. I went back to AIM Mail Center because I wasn't getting answers from anyone. Josh, the owner was amazing!!! He got right on it. Pulled the shipping records, determined it was FedEx that was responsible, and contacted them immediately, and stayed on it for days until the issue was resolved. Customer Service is hard to come by these days, however AIM Mail Center knows how to take care of their customers. The Staff obviously has been trained by Josh because they are very helpful as well.

Ze did an AMAZING job packing and shipping three LARGE containers for us. There were numerous small, fragile pieces in each. The entire operation was done professionally and carefully. Everything arrived safely with nothing broken. We would not hesitate to use AIM Mail Center again. Thank you, Ze!

We have used this private mail service for years. They are fast, friendly, and convenient. When we leave town they keep our mail. We do not have to deal with US Postal service. They receive packages, then text you when they have it.

Aim has been the ship to address for my business for years. They receive packages on my behalf weekly. I get an email notification from them when something has come in. If I can't get there that day, or the weather is bad, I know that my packages are in good hands. Everybody that works there is so nice and so helpful. Truly, one of the best business decisions that I've made!

I contacted Josh who assisted me with a project that was several years in the making. His expertise on the computer was/is very impressive. He went above and beyond and my expectations were exceeded. Wonderful wonderful wonderful place! They saved my life!!! I was having a dilemma with my son's birthday invitations that I ordered from etsy, everything you could think of went wrong. I found AIM, they stayed open past hours to finish the invites so that I can pick them up same day. And not only are their prices great, they do beautiful, professional work! Never again will I use etsy, AIM Mail Center all the way. They could make/create almost anything just talk with the staff and they are always happy to help. Thank you AIM mail Center!!!

Always excellent service. I travel from SaddleBrooke to use Aim for all my international mailing needs. AIM’s printing service for club yearbooks (small volumes 50 plus) is always competitive priced. I am about to order 200 laminations for a golfing groups. Highly recommend AIM.

I have found our local AIM Mail Center as a convenient and very reliable source for packaging and shipping, including expensive computer and printer/copier equipment. The staff is alway very friendly and accommodating, and there are no long lines as at the post office.

I use this AIM Mail Center location for ALL my shipping needs. I run a call center so mail out equipment to employees weekly. The staff here, especially Mika, make the process so efficient! They make my job easier!

Post office is closed on Saturday’s in Oro Valley and I needed some stamps and to mail a package. I went to AIM and found they have a great selection of stamps from basic to unique. Helpful staff which provided a great experience. I will be using AIM for future shipping and printing needs.
