Andy's Frozen Custard

Delicious custard, unique experience, but seating would be a plus!
Andy's Custard had me hooked from the moment I saw the giant ice cream cone! The custard itself was delicious - creamy, flavorful, and just the right sweetness. It was fascinating to watch the custard being made through the window too.
However, the lack of indoor seating was a bit of a letdown, especially considering the summer heat that will be coming soon. While the outdoor tables were available, they got quite hot, making it uncomfortable to enjoy the custard for long. Having some air-conditioned indoor seating would definitely elevate the experience, especially for families with young children or those seeking a cool escape from the summer sun.
Overall, Andy's Custard is a great spot for a delicious frozen treat, but adding some indoor seating would make it an even more enjoyable experience for everyone.

Great ice cream place! It’s like a throw back to an outdoor car hop. Lots of benches did seating and very clean . Menu is fun too! Only thing I can say is that the banana split was missing the whip-cream with a cherry on top ‘

Delightful experience at Andy's Frozen Custard! We treated ourselves to a cup of their velvety smooth custard and a hot fudge sundae, and both were absolutely divine.

My 11 yr old son's review: Andy's is my go-to place for Ice Cream, because everything is so good! I honestly don't know who wouldn't love this place! Service is great, employees are nice, and everything is 10/10! 5 stars, for obvious reasons.

5 stars overall, 4 stars for food because it always melts so fast! Not a huge problem because it's so good you eat it immediately anyways. Their strawberry shortcake sundae is always a favorite when in season

From California, and we don't see any places like this here. Comparable to Baskin Robbins with a home town punch. You don't see clerks walking up to your window asking for specific menu items. In Cali you got drive thru.
Plus the service was very friendly and fast.! Unfortunately I couldn't eat my ice cream in my sister's brand new car. So I waited till we hit Leander then I was in a total bliss.! Thank you for pumping out great service and unscrupulous ice cream. From sunny California!

I ordered the custom concrete with chocolate custard and raspberries. My concrete was amazing. The raspberries matched really well with the chocolate. The dessert was an amazing treat for a hot day. I'll definitely be back. The customer service was really great and once we placed our order, the desserts came out really quickly. There was a long line both in drive thru and in front, but it is so worth the wait!

Tasty flavors and friendly staff. We were around the area and went through a drive through for the post-dinner dessert. The flavors they have are really amazing and tasty. Toasted pecans just makes it even better !!

I got the boot daddy concrete and safe to say it was a blast. The line was a little long even for a Thursday but it was 100% worth it. I would definitely recommend this place for ice cream lovers and can’t wait to taste new flavors that they have. Although for this specific flavor I will warn you that there’s a lot of peanut butter which in some cases did not go too well with the Oreo but other than that I have no complaints!

I've been salivating ever since Andy's advertisement about a new flavor creation called "cannoli"!
I can't help it!!!! It's in my Italiana blood !
Who would've thought that this ice cream at Andy's called a Cannoli Concrete would be like eating cannoli's from a cup with a spoon? I could taste just the right amount of everything from pistachios to the cannoli shell, two mini chocolate chips, and that delicious mascarpone cheese blended custard.
Andy's has just about every fruit & flavorings,, marshmallows, nuts- really anything you could possibly want to be served with their delicious chocolate or vanilla custard. If I wasn't so fat, I go every day!!
As it is, I hadn't been in a couple months and kept waiting for just the right time to go and check out this fantastic flavor for myself!!! (By the way it is wholeheartedly tested and approved by Bo, my four legged 10 month old child)
I like the fact that the same young woman that I had the last time I was, there was still there and waited on me. I'm always impressed when employers can hang onto their employees, especially in the food service industry.
I happened to use the drive-through because I had my dog with me and the service was excellent . They don't keep a tip jar visible and don't ever ask but I always do my best to tip generously..
Almost the entire facility is made of window glass so you can see everything that's going on inside. It's always been very clean.
Thanks so much for figuring out how a cannoli could be expressed in a concrete !!!!

What's not to like about sugar and cream? 🤣. Tasty stuff here. Definitely not healthy, but you don't come here to lose weight I assume haha, you come here to get your sweet craving satisfied. Mission accomplished. The holiday candy cane flavor was really delicious too.

Visited Andy’s Ice Cream: a delightful 5-star experience! Flavors were unique and creamy, staff were friendly, and the ambiance was alright since it’s only outside of drive thru. Truly a treat!

Super duper good. Especially the create your own!! I suggest peanut butter, banana, and melted chocolate chip. SCORE!!

Can't believe how late there open stopped after going bowling. Besides it melts faster I still can't tell the difference in custard and ice cream lol.

This was a flashback; Andy's was popular in my college town years before I moved to Texas. Granted, back then I could have a concrete every week or two in the summer without gaining weight. Those days are apparently decades behind me. :)

I brought my family here a few weeks ago...they seemed doubtful when I told them how much *better* it is than just some run-of-the-mill ice cream shop, but after ordering, they were all suitably impressed.

Definitely one of the best ice cream in town. Came this time to buy half gallon of vanilla ice cream for a dinner party. They offered several container sizes to suit my needs.

Fast service, not too expensive, thick and delicious custard although tastes more like ice cream than custard. Smooth texture and I
definitely recommend their sundaes and concretes.Offer fresh toppings and surprised that their toppings didn't come out of a can or paper wrapping.
