Panera Bread

Stopped by for a bowl of tasty, house made soup and hot drinks. The welcome of the charming, relatable guy. My sister got herbal tea, which was top notch. My cappuccino was just right. Appreciate the much-needed beginning of our Day :)

A really nice place to stop and eat, study, or relax. Very similar to other paneras. Staff was very friendly and bathrooms were very clean. Parking is a little tight and narrow, but was decent overall. Very nice place, go check them out!

Great for sip club drinks and decent food. A word of advice: get the duets. That way it feels like you're paying the right kind of price for the meal you get

I had an interesting situation at the Bloomington normal location. I had just traveled from IA and arrived to my hotel around 7-8 pm went through the Panera drive thru service and food were great as usual. The next day I was heading back to IA around 4pm and I realized I had used my Company Credit card and did not receive a receipt with my drive thru purchase.

I entered the store during was seemed like a very busy lunch/dinner rush and the manager working at the time seemed to be covering multiple positions while staff could go on break. Only one register seemed to be working and I had such a bizarre request with needing a receipt from the night before. Though the manager obviously had many things on his plate he was polite and professional to me and my situation and gave me his time to understand the request and was upfront that it may be a bit while he finishes up his current tasks. After about 10 - 15 mins I saw him move from the back to the front stopping in between to resure he had not forgot about me eventually he returned with a print out of the exact transaction.

Absolutely excellent customer service while under pressure

I love going to Panera to get coffee and also bread and bagles if they have them because I went there last week and they were out maybe because of the college kids

Just as you should expect from Panera. Fresh food, good service, quick but not fast.

Good sandwiches, great soups. I'm a member. When I want comfort at a decent price, I go to Panera.

Parking lot is a little bit tricky to get in and out of but otherwise all was good.

My family and I love this Panera. The food is good, the place is clean and nice. Sometimes if you go in the evenings they might have ran out of bread though.

Had a breakfast sandwich and I've never eaten breakfast at Panera before. It was made fresh and it really was delicious. I also had a blueberry muffin and that too was fresh and tasted great. It was warm and was so soft. My wife had a sandwich like mine minus the sausage. She had a bagel instead a muffin. All in all delicious food. Had to wait a bit, but it was fresh and well made.

New 10 veggie soup that's delicious! Always consisrently good and at a good price! Staff is so friendly here!

Smoothly ran- my pick up order got missed and management was super nice, helpful, and prompt in correcting the issue. Employees and customers look to be happy, so nice work! Also got a few brownies for my wait, so I didn't mind!

Always tasty and service is prompt. Love the bottomless coffee and free WiFi. Plenty of light roast coffee available today.

This is the best Panera in the area. The staff used to be kind of weird and confrontational, but ever since they got this new assistant manager, my order has been on-point. Also, and maybe it's just me, but it seems like a happier environment with people being excited to put together my order. Shout-out to Marc!

This location is top notch. They get your order right and it’s clean. Bathrooms in good shape. Tables cleared quickly. Drive through somewhat quick (although Panera in general needs to have their menu font bigger).

The food tastes fantastic no matter what I get and the drinks are just as good. There was this one employee whose name is OWEN and he was super friendly and helpful and I definitely don't personally know him or anything.

Really though this Panera is really nice. Y'all should come here.

For what it is, it's just great we stopped at Panera as we travel because we know it's consistent and the soups and sandwiches and salads are really very very good. I'm giving them five stars because they are very good and have high quality food. It's not the place to go for a romantic evening.

I'm honestly amazed how Panera Bread had transformed itself into a solid competitor to Starbucks. They have a much roomier sitting area, their breakfasts and lunch menus are superior in my opinion and they have a nice coffee selection. I'll be a more regular customer for sure

Pick Two menu choices are great. I tried something new for the soup; Autumn Squash. It's made with butternut squash and had a slight sweetness taste. I would gladly go back to but a large bowl and dip the brioche bread for a nice, light meal.
