Can not reach Newport P.O by phone, no option to speak to a person when a option is not on the menu.

Absolute worst ever. They deliver Amazon packages up here. They changed the status of my order saying I requested them to hold my package for pick up. I did no such thing. Turns out, they destroyed my Amazon package, ruining the contents- which they left in a plastic bag *at the wrong address*. I cannot stand it here. Cue the nightmare getting customer service on the line.

USPS is the WORST shipping company out there. They have left me stranded in NYC for a week due them loosing my keys in overnight mail. Second, i have package that are mailed first class and do not see them for two weeks. Very unreliable . I trust Peter Griffin to deliver my package more than USPS.

Don't waste your time trying to call. You can't get to talk to anyone. It's all automated.
