Overall:
This is a very equipped, clean environment, and great customer serviced Dunkin' location.

I'd say we're lucky enough to have a really great Dunkin location, I've never had an order messed up, the staff has always been very friendly with me, very clean establishment, I have absolutely no complaints! Very great place to eat/ have coffee.

They seem to finally have functioning staff.

It's fast and everything you'd expect from Dunkin.

The only time they let me down is when they run out of the mix for the frozen coffee.

I stop at many DD across the state, and NH, but mostly frequent Chittenden County/Franklin County DD. Recently we have been traveling to Derby alot, and we are amazed at how exceptionally fresh and well sized their donuts are, and the coffee will put a skip in your step!! The staff is always courteous, and they are always busting butt... In our opinion this is definitely the best DD we have been to in this state. Keep it up Derby DD!!

Some days are good, some days not much where service is concerned. I grow weary of asking for my latte a certain way and being told they don't make it that way. What? What's the point of asking the customer how they want it then????

THIS STORE IS REMARKABLE CORPORATE JUST NEEDS TO MONITOR AND THEY WILL SEE AN INCREDIBLE TEAM OUTSTANDING EVERY TIME THIS IS THE MODEL STORE OTHER STORES SHOULD FOLLOW THIS ENTIRE STAFF ARE OUTSTANDING.TO THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS STORE I PERSONALLY KNOW EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES..

Always great coffee, fresh doughnuts and friendly people. They manage to keep the drive through moving right along, even when there are cars wrapped around the building.

Always on point with my order, friendly staff and quick service! It can’t be easy opening up as early as they do but you wouldn’t be able to tell!!

An American classic at the US-Canada border. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Coffee and milkshakes are exceptional, i however prefer the donuts of Krispy Kreme.
