This is the absolute best Uhaul location I’ve ever been to and I keep coming and using their service because the people that work there are always friendly, quick to offer their help and they always have what I need. The location is always clean and organized and functioning properly and they always answer the phone quickly and are ready to help with top notch service!!! Great location to rent from. As a matter fact I'm going back today. They are straight forward and typically always have what you need. Right down the street from a gas station and the drop off process is a breeze.

The truck we rented was dirty. The tailgate was broken and the overall experience was bad.

i picked up my truck and went home and then found out there is a big sofa inside left out and again i can't go back! i needed to dump it! and i needed to pay extra for the miles for that! they didn't check the truck properly! finally, i paid extra to them to dump their own trash

Had to call in and change my destination with corporate and they said everything would be taken care of, they had no record of that call even taking place so it was a huge mixup about where the trailer was supposed to be when I brought it back, but Rudy said he would "get everything taken care of and let me know when it was". Everything was not taken care of, instead I had to call back after a couple of days and ask him what was happening. I had to do this three more times before he finally said he would have "someone else call me back". I waited on that call for a few days and finally called back because I saw the U-Haul charge come into my credit card that was for the wrong amount plus a late fee since this process has taken so long. I was giving a supervisors number to call and he told me something completely different then what Rudy told me. I have spent three weeks playing phone tag with multiple people telling me they will "take care of my problem and call me back as soon as it is done"! After 2-3 days without a call back I call and they tell me they will check on it and call back and then nothing.. This has been the most frustrating process of a simple trailer rental I have ever had, ( I own an estate sale company so we rent a lot of trailers and trucks.) At this time I am still waiting on a call back from their supervisor to get this all cleared up...
