Penske Truck Rental

Needed a moving truck to go from Plano to Arizona. Uhaul was too expensive. Penske gave me more discounts plus they didn't have the tow dolly and they upgraded me (as well as provided more discounts) to a flatbed trailer. The truck I had was really new and easy to drive. I wish the mirrors were electrical so I didn't have to manually change them.

Liz was very helpful plus she's a total hottie.

Outstanding Customer Service. I usually use another truck rental company and wouldn't waist my time writing something negative. I chose Penske and chose this location bc it was close ( mileage 😉) I was called the day before pick up to confirm (that's 3 🌟's already) The gentleman who runs this store was amazing and helpful. Not to mention educated, well dressed, professional and a great attitude. The office was sparse but the truck (and he made sure I was in a newer model and flawless running truck) They're a little more expensive than the other company...but in this case, especially when you're responsible for a 70,000 truck and an open credit card do not be cheap. You do truly get what you pay for)

These guys have been very helpful to us over the years...

You cannot return trailers at this site. Instead, you have to drive down the road to Home Depot. That would have been helpful to know when we made the reservation for a truck and auto trailer. Time wasted on a busy moving day.

I would have to say probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a rental company. I will never use them again or will recommend them
