Great art and craft supplies. I always find something I want there. I like their rewards that come back to you for purchases made. I especially like their Black Friday deals.

With this location being the only one surrounding Lehi that is open on Sunday, I greatly appreciate it. I had went to a few different craft stores looking for graphite paper. I called this store beforehand & the gentleman I had talked to was very nice & helpful. I get to the store & the lady cashier was also helpful & polite.

Store is clean, set up well and the deals, sales, etc. were clearly marked. Employees were nice, friendly and helpful. The lady in front of me in line even let me go in front of her as I only had two items to her basketful.

My favorite place for all my craft needs everything you need for crafts from crochet to cricut. It's the place for crafts.

Great store and fantastic employees! I went in for a specific item and couldn't find it so I was about to give up and check out. Aniceto was eager to help me find what I was looking for. And not only that, turns out I was looking for the wrong item to begin with so he told me what I actually needed and helped me find it. He was the most helpful, friendly employee I've encountered in a very long time. I was very impressed with both the store and it's employees.

Trisha is incredibly. She will go the extra mile to see that your custom frame job is perfect and affordable. She came by the store on her day off and saw that I was struggling to design and place my order. She jump in and work with me for at least two hours on her own time. This gal has not only great customer service skills, her heart is in the right place to lead a team of people by her example. Just when you think retail has lost the art of good customer service, people like Trish show up and restore your trust.

Michael's has super clearance and usually when I shop for their candles. I like the proximity of this store to my house! Nice cashiers, typically a line but the cashiers have seemed patient enough to handle crazy customer issues and remain friendly. This keeps me going since I wouldn't have the patience myself to wait otherwise!

Really enjoy going to this location. Shelby helped me pick some beautiful frames for some family pictures. Don't think they would have turned out so nice without her help. Super kind and knowledgeable, and great with design 👌. Will return for more work. Thanks Shelby

I always love shopping the sales at Michael's! I find it easy to be really thrifty with my projects if I stick to planning from the items available at a discount. This location was clean and well-stocked. The staff was pleasant, even when faced with customers who were UNpleasant. Kudos.

I want to say thank u to the nice lady who checked me out last Saturday morning. I lost the receipt that I asked her to write her name on. Anyway, she was so friendly and helpful. She helped me save some good money via coupons. She didn't have to have a good attitude, friendly service or time to spend on me, but I am so glad she did!

This store usually has good stock on all of their products. They have good products with good sales. I don't usually buy things without using a coupon or unless the items I want are on sale. Their regular prices do seem to be competitive with other craft stores. I shop here mainly for beading items. I like using natural and semi-precious beads, and Michael's has good quality beads for a decent price, especially during their bead sales. Their beads are nicely organized and they have a good selection of colors. They do have good quality art supplies, as well. To be honest, I usually shop at Hobby Lobby. But there are certain things I love buying at Michael's. One thing I do love are their unique holiday items. I can always find fun holiday crafts for my kids here.

This store is always well stocked and very clean. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you find things. They generally have everything you need for projects under one roof. Great place to go for craft supplies or even some home decor items!

I went in with a general idea for a custom frame job based off of Michaels web page. Far more options to choose from in store. My framer, Cassandra was not only kind and patient but she helped me elevate the piece to surpass my expectations. In love with the frame design. Very excited!

I’ve always loved Michaels, but this location has officially gone above and beyond. We just plugged in our Christmas tree that we’ve had for a couple years and half the lights didn’t work. They still carry the same tree but figuring because it was 2+ years old they wouldn’t do anything about it, I called anyways. They totally agreed it should last much longer than that and with no questions they exchanged it out! They just made our Holiday Season! Thank you Draper location!

Some craft stores are more organized than others, and I'm impressed with Michael's. I go there mostly for yarn, and I love the 3 isles of options for it, and most of it in the right spot too(which is a lot for a craft store!) They always have little temptations on the end caps and good sales, sometimes I have to walk quickly to the yarn looking down so I don't break the bank lol. I also love that they'll have free patterns hanging up in the yarn isles, and that they have samples of how some yarn works up. The cashiers have been great too, I've had the lady with a British accent (or I think it is) a couple times, and she's been really helpful with coupons and patient when explaining the Michael's website and apps. This is the first place I'll go for my crafting needs!

I work close by this establishment so I frequent often for all my hubby interests. The staff is always very helpful they engage you if you have any questions. The place is always clean and organized and the staff is always friendly. I’ve been to a few other Michaels and this one has always been my favorite.

Love this place! My creative mind goes nuts on great priced and sale marked items. The holidays are more fun with Michael's crafts!
