ABSOLUTELY THE BEST People and Service I’ve ever had. I was desperately calling several companies in an emergency situation with a very difficult neighbor who stopped all work on a fence during COVID-19. This was yesterday, and literally within 30 minutes Edward (who was the nicest and utmost professional person) came out and knocked all markers and lines away. Today the City Code enforcement rep came out to bonafide everything and we are back to putting up a fence to keep any trespassers out ( Front portion of said neighbor is completely rotten leaving me totally exposed for two days) a profuse thank you to Edward and his team for responding so quickly and helping me restore much needed peace of mind.

I had a great experience with All Star! They did make a few small errors, but revised the survey very quickly and were very responsive. I even met one of the survey crew members as I was headed out to work and he was polite and friendly.

I want to thank the team of surveyors that work with this company! They are very kind, helpful and professional. I appreciate the time they took with me and helping me find my property corners.
Thank you again for your time

In between 2 to 3 Stars. They're not unfriendly and get the job done, however they really drop the ball in terms of communication. They tried to come to property on different days than confirmed initially and when asked to contact before payment, they didn't until after the payment was due. I worked with them twice and the surveys are done quickly, but each time they're far more concerned with billing people than working with them.

This company performed a survey for the title company when closing on our home. It was not until a year and half later - when the city of Austin was ready to take away 10 feet of what we thought was our front yard for a sidewalk that we pulled out said survey and found that the document they provided was nothing more than a boundary survey. The document had no information pertaining to the parcel we purchased: no clearly identified or dimensioned property lines, no corner monuments, no set backs, no easements and most importantly- no information regarding right of ways. We contacted the company in order to hire them to update the survey with the missing information-since the city was in the middle of civil construction and we were starting construction, and I was told they do not perform land record research-that this information should be obtained from the title company. I was told their surveys contain all pertinent information. If that were the case I would see the city right of way and I would see setbacks, along with clearly labeled property lines and identified corner monuments/markers, but none of this information is on my survey-which is dated from the 1980's and merely newly stamped in 2018. Even though we have made zero issue about the missing information and instead tried to hire them to perform a survey and produce a document which provides the information we need- they have been confrontational and have not once provided a response that explains how we can obtain the document we need or a proposal for the services we requested (and they were initially contracted to provide by the title company). It is obvious they either don't want to do the work or they don't know what information they have been retained to provide. The most pertinent piece of information obtained from the limited responses I received from the company has been their statement that they "do not perform land record research." That response should be a red flag for any architect, engineer, construction professional or title company. And for the home buyer, their response and unresponsiveness is a red flag that the service they provided to the title company was clearly a collaboration between the two that was meant to be nothing but monetarily beneficial.

Unethical, unprofessional and inept in my opinion and experience.

This company completed a survey about two years ago for the A/B property that I own one unit of in central Austin. When construction completed on the B unit, they completed a second survey that conflicted with their original. I have been trying for a month to get them to come and resolve where the boundary is between the two units so that we can have some fencing work done. I have spoken with employees three times, and each time they told me someone would be back in touch by the end of the day. They have since switched to ignoring my calls. I made it clear that I'll pay for the work, but they don't seem interested in coming out to fix their error. There's a reason All Star Land Surveying has bad reviews everywhere you look.

Three time I have called this company to come out to our property to mark our boundary lines based on the survey they did. All three time they said they would call me by the end of the day to schedule but not once have they called me. I am so frustrated because we haven't been able to build our fence.

Did not return calls then when I finally did reach them got a lot of attitude. They seem to do a pretty ok survey though.

If you don't want your phone calls returned and no one to answer you calls these are the folks for you. When they do return you calls they give you all the attitude you can handle. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I'd highly not recommend them. Unbelievable.
