This facility is just what it says! You need to ship? You don't need hassles? You need it done expeditiously? Then you've got the right place. Kind and polite, efficient, empathetic, compassionate, expeditious, thorough, and a huge burden relief. How many times have you been dragged through the ringer trying to ship something? Or return something? You won't have that here, my suggestion would be, this facility is one of the best in the country. And I've been all over the East coast and lived out West. And let's face it, you might as well forget Texas, lol! Stop in and get it done quick and get it done right! You can't go wrong like I said before. Oh, I didn't say that before? Well, now I did.

Shipping Point is very easy and convenient! Today I had a box I needed sent out of state they did everything for me and made it super easy! The people working there were wonderful as well! I highly recommend

The Shipping Point is one of the most convenient, and needed businesses in the Gurnee area. It is a ground floor, handicapped accessible business.
USPS stamps are sold, mail services and well staffed. This is a great choice for all your shipping needs of almost any size.
You'll find a family owned atmosphere with very a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Family-owned business....Lauren, one of the owners is fantastic! She assisted me with a number of issues, always with a smile and accommodated my needs.....even to weigh luggage and find shipping solutions to avoid baggage fees. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have been using The Shipping Point for many years now. In case you were wondering if customer service is dead, it is not. Every single time I come in to ship a package, buy a small gift, get stamps, I am greeted warmly and made to feel I am the only customer in the building. Their communication is amazing and I love the email confirmations I receive when my packages have been shipped. Jim and his crew are second to none!! Top rate, wonderful business!

I use Shipping Point four times a week to drop off packages I have created labels for so for me it is usually drop off and get a receipt. The people who work there are always friendly but I usually don't need to much service. This week I had to return a Amazon package and got the QR code. Well that doesn't work there BUT one of the staff members walked me through getting a shipping label on my phone, then he had me email it to them, he printed it out and problem solved. Don't be intimidated when shipping a package. They will take care of everything with a smile. GREAT SERVICE.

Every time I’ve gone here they are super friendly and offer speedy service! I’ve had a senior thesis poster printed and laminated here (it took a bit for them to format it accordingly, so all my work would still be visible but also to shrink it down a bit to fit in their laminator). They helped me set up and showed me each step of their process (seeing as I only had this hard copy, while the rest were digital). They were SUPER understanding. They answered all my questions. I have also gone here for multiple returns and mailing/shipping items. Highly highly recommend going here if you need to ship, laminate, print (specifically large items), or are looking to support smaller businesses.

Side note - In addition they sell other items such as: soaps, lotions, cards, envelopes, boxes, bags, and stamps.

Always very pleased with everything the shipping point offers but NOW they even have the most beautiful facility around AND a little boutique of great items for sale as well! Everyone takes great care of me there and today’s visit was OVER the TOP with being so helpful to me. I appreciated the special care taken today to ship a very large package ! Can't believe I never found this place until now. I do very few Amazon returns, but the last time I did I had to go to two different locations because the Drop-Off point I went to did not accept QR codes. I had to go to an authorized UPS Store.

I found Shipping Point through an online search and I am so happy to find this place. They take all types of Amazon returns. No more having to go to different locations.

They open at 9am on the weekdays and I arrived a few minutes early. There were a few customers so it wasn't busy. It was my first time there and they weren't able to accept the QR code, but Aiden walked me through the process of getting the right one. He was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Nice young man. Thank you! I recommend this place.
