Swedish Candy Factory

We came to Solvang for a day out and couldn't pass by the decorations at the store. Everything inside is very beautiful and you can't help but want to buy everything! But we had to make a choice. We took candies and assorted honey, we really enjoyed it.

Had to stop by a Swedish candy store while in Solvang. This fit the bill and it had a lot of history to it as well. Cinnamon polkagris was being made while we walked in so the store smelled so good. Opted to buy 5 polkagris in different flavors. My fave is the sour apple.

100% athetic. Going to the art and crafts fair as a kid in Sweden we always got Polkagris and the Swedish version of fudge. This was great thank you for keeping the tradition alive.

Amazing place! The workers are so proud of their heritage and their job. One of them told us all about the history of their specialty polkigras candy and how they’re the only ones in US who make it - how cool! The candy is super good too, and they have a ton of international candy options you can’t find many other places.

It is so adorable inside, the staff were incredible kind, and their chocolate and hard taffy are amazing! I am not a fan of taffy, but I absolutely love their hard taffy!

Awesome store with delicious candy that is truly unique! The owner is friendly and extremely helpful and made us feel welcome in his store. They make the fantastic traditional polkagris candy (a wonderful hard Taffy, think of a straight candy cane) in store everyday. Definitely worth your time to stop by this amazing store to grab some exceptional treats!

Such a wonderful addition to our Santa Ynez Valley. My 10 year old was fascinated watching them stretch out the candy right there in the store. There are some wonderful sweet treats, fantastic staff, and an all around great experience. I highly recommend the Swedish Candy Factory. Such a fun and yummy place!

It's fun to watch them make the candy right there in the store. Lots of free samples too! We bought some as gifts but ate most of it on the way home so we went to their website and bought more. Great place!

As we walked in it felt just like back home i Sverige (sweden) and I felt like pippi longstocking in the candy store. I taught we bought plenty of candies but we finish them before we got home. I'm happy that we discovered the store and I'm glad that they have online store. Tack så mycket..

Best chocolate covered strawberries! My husband and I visited this cute little store on the way out and it was the best decision ever. Staff was very nice and their chocolate was delicious.

Authentic Swedish candy wow! Just like taking a trip back to Sweden. You have to check these guys out they are the best! Regardless if your Swedish or not you have to come here because this is the best candy you will ever taste in your life!

Very fun place that you can even watch the candy be made. It was also fun to have a unique style of candy that you can’t get everywhere.
