Great experience. Everything was A+. Had trial hearing aids with many other providers and Connect Hearing
was the best. Great product...in canal devices fit perfectly. Office staff very knowledgeable and heloful.

It was the Easter weekend and I visited my family in Orlando I realized I left my hearing aid charger at home. I contacted Christine at connect Hearing in deland and she was very courteous and professional and she advised that she has a charger available for me. She even gave me directions. Five stars for great service Christine and connect hearing in deland Florida.

Staff was great. The new devices are Fantastic!.. I can hear the birds chirping outside my window for the first time in years. Church services were so clear - the readings, the music and sermon. Love that they have rechargeable batteries. I have not used the Bluetooth feature yet but am confident it will be wonderful. Thank you Connect Hearing!!

I love the staff & the service. I'm always atleast an hour early & they make me feel right at home & see me before my appointment time no waiting. Being able to hear again is a blessing. I will never go anywhere else but Connect Hearing. I must add the candy dish is awesome also, lol 😀! They care about their patients & have compassion for us. No rushing, Frank is awesome he takes his time explaining everything, he also has everything all set up ready to use. He is outstanding. Christine is very sincere. She loves her patients & communicates very well. She makes sure I get the appointment time I want everytime. No hassle, great customer service.

Frank was very informative, applying no hard sales pressure, as he continued to reiterate, following my wife's test, that the decision to purchase was strictly ours.

The team here was friendly and super helpful. I needed help while on vacation, and they were willing to fit me in and take care of a dead hearing quickly. Saved my trip.

I was only there for a hearing aid cleaning, I thought they were destroyed after a battery malfunction, but the staff was very courteous and helped solve my problem very quickly.

Scott Chapput could not have been more accommodating. I live in Virginia and bought my hearing aids at the Suffolk, VA office of Connect Hearing. I am in Florida during the Winter months and happy this company has a location so close. I was having an issue with my left hearing aid not performing 100%. I called the DeLand location, and got an appointment the same day. Scott fixed the probably immediately and sent me on my way. He was professional, personable and a pleasure to deal with. It is so nice to be able to have my hearing aids taken care of when I travel. I have dealt with Connect Hearing for quite a few years and am very satisfied with the company and the people they employ to represent them.

Connect Hearing in DeLand is always available for us, to walk in for any need (e.g. having hearing aids cleaned). Scott and Sara are both very personable and the technology seems to be top of the line, even allowing me to watch the results on a computer monitor during mother's hearing tests. The support we've received from buying her hearing aids here has been the best, mostly with no charge, not even for batteries. Highly recommended.

Up graded to new hearing aids and the price was better than the old ones. I got the TV hook up and I love it.The people are great give the DeLand location a try .
