I can't say enough about working with Sarah... She's knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. I have bought several pieces from her and I highly recommend you do the same if in the market for new home furnishings.... The delivery team was awesome and took great care to protect my furniture as delivered and assembled... Kudos to you all!!!

Excellent Service with Sarah and Taylor. So Patient, helped me and my friend purchase furniture for 2 houses in a quick and efficient manner, explaining our options and color choices with ease. I'd recommend coming back and recommend you ask for either of them.

I looked at this Cassina Court leather loveseat for months before I finally splurged on it. They have had it on 'sale' for months so I did not consider it a sale at all, but no matter since it's gorgeous.

The leather feels soft and comfy. The design of it a little more modern but a little traditional too.

It first perfect in my small space!

RTG in Asheville is bright and airy and clean. Help is always available - I've never had to wait around for someone.

Delivery was just as promised and the guys who delivered it were fast and professional and friendly. They were awesome. In and out in no time!

This is my second purchase of furniture from RTG and the first time was just as positive.

If I had one quibble it would be that the salesperson was supposed to give me leather cleaner as I purchased the 3 year protection plan and he did not provide that, so I have to make another trip to Asheville for that but no biggie. If that's my only 'negative' then that's really not much of a negative.

Lance was one of the best associates I’ve come across! He was genuinely interested in us getting something we were happy with. We took about two hours to pick our bedroom piece, and the whole time Lance was patiently guiding us to help narrow our options and answering all our questions. Feeling really great about my buying experience and excited to have our new furniture shipped soon! Thanks Lance! Keep up the great work! We’ll be back for more furniture soon!

Taylor was so helpful! He listened to what we were looking for and took us to the EXACT piece of furniture that is PERFECT for us! And he even gave us some tips for keeping out cat from scratching it! Thank you Taylor 👍

Patty is the best sales associate we have ever worked with while buying furniture. She is knowledgeable, prompt and professional. She went over all of our options in detail and answered all of our questions. Overall it was a five star experience and we would highly recommend Patty and Rooms to go.

We've bought Rooms to Go whenever we were buying new furniture. Customer service was always good. The selection is the best! So much to choose from & financing is a plus. But this time buying was the BEST experience we've had. Our salesperson David, was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable when we had questions, showed us the furniture that fit our needs, & was SO patient with us. We spent quite a bit of time there & he was helpful the whole way. Our first experience at Rooms To Go was great! We didn't expect to find so many pieces (wall/furniture alike) that matched our taste, so we definitely spent a few hours going through the store. Lance was fantastic and we appreciate him so much for his patience, knowledge, and recommendations that helped us along in picking what we did. We will absolutely be back once the spring cleaning has opened up more space for goodies!

We had a great experience at Rooms to Go. We were initially greeted by a lady who told us who would be helping us. Andy approached us and knowledgeably took time with us to make sure we were buying what we needed and came to the store to explore. The store had a fairly good inventory, as well.

Patty was amazing! Let us shop, checked in frequently, and gave us upfront and honest advice. We purchased a king mattress and adjustable base. She made everything so easy! We will definitely be back to see her!
