Waters Car Wash

I have never been to a car wash that supplies everything you need after you go through the car wash to detail your car. They have tire shine interior cleaner air fresheners, oh, and by the way, if you're on the monthly plan, you can get dog treats for your dog! The staff is so friendly and helpful at this location. The car wash seems to do a really good job. And then afterward, you touch it up and finish detailing your car. But then they help you again too because the deep clean your rugs for you.

Logan was amazing, came over and shined our tires and was super helpful. Car wash is pretty standard but very thorough. What I like most is they offer a variety of cleaners and clean cloths to touch up everything from interior to the tires. Love this place!

First car wash was free, the detailing stations were stocked with everything you could think of to use to clean inside and outside of the car. While I was vacuuming my car an attendant came by and took my mats to be cleaned. I spent at least an hour detailing my car. ( mom of 4 kids) and I loved that I wasn’t rushed. I definitely will be back. Thank you for such a great first experience.

I love this new car wash. The tire shine is a little heavy but Shawn the manager helped me clean off the extra without hesitation: thank you Logan and Chris for wiping off the over spray. I truly do appreciate all the hard work.

Xavier was the best and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed! This place it great. I was able to get the best clean out of any DeLand car washes. They have all of the things you need to detail your vehicle.

Great first experience! Everyone was friendly and helpful! Nice atmosphere, clean and well stocked. Price in line with competitors in the area but you get more. A special thanks to Xavier! I drove past the bug prep at first so didn't think they had one but he showed me where it was. He was very helpful and even ran my mats through the cleaner for me. Give them a try!

Kyle is amazing! He asked me if I wanted water, showed me the best way to clean my tires and was very kind! Every employee has been awesome. Plus my car looks great!

My experience here at Waters car wash was amazing, down from the customer service to my well washed car. I loved the ability to actually vacuum and clean my interior, since they offer all the tools at each individual stations. I happy with my decision to become a member there, will definitely be going at least twice a week to maintain my car. If you haven’t stopped by, go ahead and give it a try, it’s worth it. And I want to say a special thanks to Mr. Kyle for getting my floor mats cleaned and stopping by to see if I needed any help.

Went up for my free car wash as advertised. I pulled in the man helping offered me an unlimited plan on their promo. (a month of washes for a penny.) why not..?.. SOLD. lol.
oddly enough I traded that car in 2 days later and the following day I was delivering orders when a gallon of ice cream fell over the back seat and spilled everywhere, In a car I’ve had 2 days.
Having another delivery to pick up I pulled up rushing to clean it up. I started cleaning it up and asked an employee to see where I could clean the rubber Mat covered with ice cream, she was helpful with hosing off the rubber mats for me, while I tried to get the ice cream out of the actual carpet of my car. There is a carpeted floor mat as well which Xavier came over and saw soaked with ice cream and offered to clean it up. And he did.
Wish I had gotten the name of the young woman who helped me with the rubber mat. Just wanted to say thank you to the team for all the help. I was able to get it clean up and on time to my next delivery.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! I bring all of my vehicles to Waters Car Wash, because of the staff. The wash is great, the after wash detail area is the best around! Rags, vacuums, and cleaning supplies are always stocked and available for use. Kyle even helps you with touch ups and tires! Kyle cleaned my floor mats for me while I wiped my dash with the supplied dash wipes that they gave me. I love this car wash!

Xavier is awesome and did a fantastic job with customer relations. I highly recommend trying this car wash. Waters car wash is preferred over other local car washes.

Kyle came up to me today introduced himself and checked on my experience it was very nice of him. I love using this car wash very close to my home and I have the membership which makes it's a smooth process anytime I come. All employees are very nice and I love the interaction when pulling into wash.

Went with my teenage daughter to get her car cleaned this weekend. The external car wash itself was what you would expect, however the detail board was well stocked and had all the cleaners and brushes to really make the inside of the car look good. Kyle came over and offered to clean the car mats and tires as well. Great customer service. Thanks for the experience.

So happy this car wash opened up, it’s the nicest one in town and I enjoy going weekly with my membership! Kyle was so kind and came to ask if I needed anything while I was at the vacuum station and I always enjoy going when Andrew is inside the car wash as he has great energy!! The entire staff is so helpful and kind, wish I could name everyone my name. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience. I spilled my smoothie on the carpet of my car and they took great care of me at no additional charge. Kyle was so amazing and helpful. I’ll definitely be getting a membership with them.
