Took my PC for a diagnostic and he fixed it up for me. Very patient and will walk you through what he is doing and why. Will be coming back if I ever have PC problems again. Cute dog also :D

Me atendieron y pregunté si hablaban español y para mi sorpresa sí. Llevé mi computadora y rápido dio con el problema. Buenos precios y excelente servicio, una persona muy amable. Y te explica de la mejor manera posible para los que no son conocedores del campo de la tecnología pueda entender. 100% recomendado!!!!

They attended to me and I asked if they spoke Spanish and to my surprise they did. I took my computer and quickly found the problem. Good prices and excellent service, a very friendly person. And it explains in the best possible way for those who are not knowledgeable in the field of technology can understand. 100% recommended!!!!

Excelente servicio. Soy su clienta desde muchos años atrás, primero de forma presencial y ahora por remoto ya que estamos en diferente país. Si él no puede resolverlo ten por seguro que nadie lo hará! Sus precios son muy accesibles y te orienta de tal forma que entiendes aunque no seas experto en tecnología.

Se atiende en español , soy de Killeen y nadie atiende en español ni daban con el problema en mi equipo, él hace el estimado gratis y cobra un precio justo por la reparación de los equipos. Ah y También arreglan celulares. Muy recomendado 👍

Online and door state opening time. There was no one inside, lights were off, and when I called, the message was in Spanish only.
I received a text saying they were busy and couldn't answer. When I returned text, there was no response.
At least they could have placed a sign on the door with their return.
Horrible customer service.
