Highly recommended. Very professional and knowledgeable. His assistant John was also great. Will definitely be taking my products here from now on.

Amazing service. My screen went black (never happened in years of owning cell phones) and it was a relatively new phone, but I was able to take it in Saturday morning and they had it fixed by 3pm. They were honest and professional with me. If I have any issues in the future, I'll be going here first.

Quick and reliable service. Needed batteries replaced in two laptops. He was able to get the parts in quickly and was able to replace the batteries very quickly and for a much better price than taking it to the genius bar.

Yesterday I dropped my work iPad and shattered the screen, after looking up places that fixed iPad screens close to my house I came across ISmartfix. I was able to get a quote that was a great price and Al was able to help me right away. After picking up my iPad he left it looking as good as new and also installed a screen protector for me. If I could give him more stars I would!! Very happy with the work and definitely recommending ismartfix to everyone I know and I will go back if I ever need another screen replaced.

We took our daughter's iPad here to get the screen fixed about an hour before they closed. We figured we would leave it overnight or come back the next morning. The owner said he would be on vacation starting the next day until the following week and fixed the iPad screen right then. He even stayed past the 6pm closing time to get it done. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have their screen fixed.

10/10 would recommend getting your device fixed here. Not only do they have quick turn around time, but the chat service is outstanding. Very reasonably priced for repairs if you’re looking for something budget friendly. I came in with a damaged LCD screen and a shatter back plate on an iPhone. He had the device back to me within a few hours.

I had a damaged charger port that needed to be repaired a few weeks ago on my iPhone and it was fixed quickly and at a very fair price! The staff is very friendly and what I appreciated most was the communication throughout the day on how the repair was going. I would definitely recommend them if you have a phone or device that needs to be repaired! Once again I can’t thank them enough for their great service!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. The customer service was outstanding and this place went above and beyond when nobody else would.

I cracked my phone screen and filed a claim with t-mobile to get a new phone. Then I realized I didn't back up my photos and videos for the past 3 months and I had pictures of videos of my father who recently visited and I haven't seen since pre-pandemic. All of those pictures and videos were not saved and on that broken phone. I was devesated.

This guy offered to temporarily fix my screen so I could access my photos and videos and all my data for a very small extremely reasonable price.

I then picked up my phone and said everything was great but then realized I didn't get the last 3 months of my data. Reluctantly, I returned to the store and explained I needed him to do the entire process OVER because I mistakenly said it was all good but it wasn't, I was missing the pics and videos of my dad.

This man graciously re-did the entire process and worked hours and days so I could recover everything! He even tried to help me get into my Snapchat which I forgot the password to.

He genuinely had his hands full and my phone issue was much more than he anticipated yet he never complained he just kept trying to get the job done. He treated us like we were family.

I have recovered all of my lost data,photos and videos and I'm forever appreciative of this business. Please send all of your friends and family here! Keep this small business going because I promise you - there is no other place that will go above and beyond for their customers like this one!

I had a great experience with iSmartfix. I visited the store located at 14325 Potranco Rd Suite #100 (Inside HEB) San Antonio, TX 78253. The repair technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

My Samsung Note 8 had some dead pixels on the display, my fault from dropping something on it, and the screen was cracked from falling out of my pocket into rocks.

The full screen replacement was completed within a few hours and brought my phone to a practically brand new condition. Everything functions perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. I would recommend them for electronic product repair services. They get an A+ from me.

Al did a wonderful job getting my table to load and did a backup for me and load it on my new computer!!!! The price was also great!!! Excellent customer service as well!!! I had an issue with my keyboard not working on my laptop and iSmartFix helped me with no appointment needed. I dropped it off and about an hour later was called saying it was fixed.
