Marco's Café

Free Wi-Fi available. Got an Italian all the way. It was ready quick. It’s small inside and mostly used as a pick up spot for take away. There’s one place for seating but people mostly use it to wait for their to go orders. The sandwich was really good. No parking. No restroom. DIY coffee station. It’s cute inside but small and for fast order pick ups.

Saw this while driving around town and decided to pick up some breakfast. Their Marcos sandwich is awesome. Was in and out in 5 min and the staff was quick and friendly. Good quick breakfast place.

My family and I had the Chicken salad, Grilled cheese, Rubin, and Lox. Everything tasted great. I had the chicken salad on sourdough bread. Chicken wasnt dry or have too much mayo, there was so much chicken salad I sould have asked for a fork. Its definitely a sandwich you could share the other 1/2. Grilled cheese had a lot of cheese which was in ratio with bread. Rubin wasnt soggy and actually toasted not just warmed. The Lox was on the breakfast menu but they made it anyway which was nice. Cute and quick place to order sandwiches to go. There is one table for 5 if you need to eat inside. All in all it seems like a great place for great uncomplicated delicious sandwiches.

This place rocks. I've tried a bunch of different sandwiches and every single time they're delicious. The staff is always so kind and it's just such a great little place with extremely reasonable pricing. I look forward to Fridays when I don't bring a lunch to work and get to go to Marco's!

We stopped here for a quick bite on our way out of town. I got a Reuben sandwich. Very good. My wife got a Greek salad and said it was the best Greek salad shes ever had. Very friendly counter service and priced accordingly for Newport. I will most likely be adding this to my "I'll be going there again" list

Marco's catered for a 5-day company event we had in Newport and we cannot say enough good things. They were crucial for the day-to-day operations we had. The food was incredible, affordable and stayed delicious all day long. Above all else, the flexibility and accommodating was truly unmatched. Owner and all employees are an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Delivery was free and ended up being a life-saver for us as well. We have a few more upcoming events and will use Marco's every single time!!! Thank you guys so much!

Stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon. Was planning on getting just a small snack, but then I saw their sandwiches...

I do believe I've eaten more sandwiches than 99% of the population, so I'm a self-proclaimed expert. I had Rachel's Special. No, it's not on the menu, but when I asked about their chicken options- the young lady (Rachel) that was helping me said she had just made a grilled chicken with mozzarella and peppers and balsamic glaze on a toasted hero earlier in the day, and I ought to try it.

It was a top 5 sandwich all time. The ingredients were all incredibly fresh, and you can tell that they do all the little things that make a sandwich delicious. My wife had some vegetable thing that I wouldn't touch, but she said it was the best veggie wrap she's ever had.

So there you have it. Ask for Rachel's Special. I hope they put it on the menu. ;)

We came as a large group of 9 and when I called to ask if they could accommodate us they said, "Yes! We will bring a table outside, in." When we arrived we were asked to try the banana bread (try it, buy it). The menu was large, but not too large. There was something for everyone in our group. Our order didn't take long to make and it was so good. We sat around the table, had a wonderful lunch, drank lemonades and coffee and felt welcomed. It's off the main road a bit, so it felt local. This experience really made our trip to Newport memorable.

We had lunch today at Marco's as we were looking for a place where we could just get a sandwich. We were welcomed enthusiastically, there were many choices on the menu, and they all sounded delicious! They encouraged us to sample banana bread that they had on the counter and it was delicious! We were able to dine in and Benny the dog kept us company. Our sandwiches were delicious and they provided us with a sample of freshly baked cookies, which were also scrumptious! This will now be our go-to lunch spot whenever we are in Newport.

Small place but amazing food! The everything bagels with cream cheese was super, the cliff walk was out pf this world

We shared the Patriot and the Spring Street (veggie options) and they were both incredible! Everyone working there was incredibly polite and kind and parking was super easy! Definitely a 13/10, we'll be back!

My husband and I loved Marco’s Cafe’s food so much, we ordered from there twice during our short, 3-day stay in Newport. Our first breakfast was their Cali breakfast burrito, which is absolutely massive - about the thickness and length of a loaded sub sandwich - and filled our hungry tummies with fresh, delicious ingredients, and generous portions of salsa verde and sour cream on the side. Those are the largest breakfast burritos I’ve ever had.

Our second breakfast from Marco’s Cafe were their bagel breakfast sandwiches made with the most delicious bagels - the good bagels with the blisters!

Their staff was super friendly and welcoming during both visits! I would definitely eat at Marco’s Cafe again (multiple times!) if I ever found myself in Newport again.

If you want that old school sandwich shop feel but with world class food and ingredients then Marco’s in Newport is your spot

Was heading out on a very early road trip and absolutely wanted Marcos sandwiches for the drive! Had to leave by 7am, but Marcos doesn’t open till about 7am, called around 6:50am and they were nice enough to get our 4 sandwich order together super fast and out the door. Thanks so much!

Avocado toast is amazing! I got it with an egg. I love the fresh arugula and balsamic glaze! Definitely would recommend this place for a quick breakfast bite. Friendly staff.

Came in before the final bell, and the staff was more than helpful and had the most upbeat attitude to serve us late in the day. The shop had run out of sub rolls and offered a chouriço patty that was unreal. The sandwich was made on the bulkie roll and was still lights out. Definitely stop here if looking for a sandwich or sub.

Best subs in town (coming from a local) Freshly baked bread. Large portions. Reasonably priced. Friendly crew and very clean! Large Hot Italian with the works. Share with a friend.
