This is hands down the best bakery around and one of best in the state. The cakes and pastries are out of this world, the service is incredible and their savory items are to die for.
Sometimes they sell out, which is a great sign because it means the items are fresh and popular. Love this place.

Finally an amazing bakery with an abundance of offerings and the best ingredients! Everything is so delicious, warmed upon request, and nicely packaged. The staff was super helpful in helping us decide what to order (we really wanted at least a couple of each). The pain au chocolate is my personal favorite!

Amazing pastries all around , love the abundance of Ube wine it’s hard to find. I spent time in Asia and have certainly missed Ube. Croissant monkey bread was fantastic to. Definitely recommend.

Just recently stopped in for the first time this past week and was very pleasantly surprised by the offerings (pictured in the post). The individuals working that day were extremely polite and explained what things were despite being busy. This area of Castroville is newly renovated and I love this addition. For those familiar with the area, this is not like Habys, it's not just pastried/donuts, very different, elevated offerings.

Love that we finally have an Amazing Bakery here in Castroville! Every item my husband and I have tried has us telling family and friends they need to try it ASAP. Today’s visit was only gonna be for cookies but we couldn’t help ourselves and over indulged, even took a box of cookies & muffins to my mom & dad. They called immediately to say how much they loved everything! Safe to say we’re hooked 🍪🥐🤤😍 Make a stop and grab a pastry, you won’t regret it!!!!

Got an assortment of pastries and they were all delicious and cooked perfectly. The inside is VERY small so expect to have to possible wait outside.

The location & atmosphere is perfect for an easy breezy Saturday morning trip. What a pleasant experience. I'll be back for more.

This is my second visit to this amazing bakery by Chef Grecia Ramos. I stopped by on me way home from work because I saw they were open extended hours. I've been dreaming about those thick, delicious chocolate chip and double chocolate cookies since my first visit. I was pleasantly surprised to see Chef Ramos working the counter and she was super sweet!! I picked up a selection of pastries and ordered a S'mores Bread Pudding for Christmas. If you want QUALITY products, delicious flavors and a unique pastry experience then you've come to the right place!!!! Thank you for being so welcoming and I look forward to returning to try the tarts, focaccia, and bread pudding!!! Y'all know I started eating a cookie on the way home!!!

Omg this place is amazing. The girls in the front were super sweet and helpful. I also got the pleasure to meet Chef Ramos 👩‍🍳 and she was so down to earth. It's truly Inspiring hearing her story! ❤ Oh and the pastries were on point!!!!!

Amazing! Delicious filled croissants. We tried the Nutella and pistachio. Also had a cream cheese pinwheel, pizza croissant and a kolache. Everything was super yummy. Pastry was very flaky and buttery and even the sausage was delicious with a slight smoky flavor and good snap. Highly recommend!

The pastries here are so delicious! Staff is super polite and friendly. My favorite pastry was the almond croissant! I will definitely be returning soon.

Really great items here. Tried the chocolate croissant, all beef kolache, and cinnamon roll. All items were delicious and they are super friendly as well. Will be coming back.

The double chocolate chip cookie is literally the best cookie i’ve ever had in my entire life. I never leave reviews but oh my god this cookie is everything to me.
