Had the absolute best experience! Erica made me feel so comfortable for my first massage. I left feeling incredibly relaxed. I was planning on just treating myself for a day, but I immediately booked another and plan on going back regularly! If you’re on the fence about booking, DO IT!

Today was my first time receiving a massage from Erica, and I came out feeling so relaxed and refreshed. It was exactly what I needed! Erica is professional but also warm and so friendly. She’s excellent in both listening and communicating. At the start of the session, she made sure to ask what I was looking for and what special areas I might need attention on. And throughout the massage (which was wonderful), she checked in with me and also took time to answer questions. I already have my next appointment booked and am really looking forward to it. I highly recommend Erica!

I absolutely LOVE my message sessions with Erica. I look forward to each session. We recently decided we would like to try having a baby. There are so many health factors to decide upon, especially for my current situation. I have endometriosis and want to do everything holistically as much as possible preconception to delivery. Erica has specific infertility sessions for cases like myself and has been such an amazing resource. Will keep you all updated on my journey!

If infertility is not your journey and you're looking for relief/relaxation, I still highly recommend Erica. She is very attentive and has an amazing balance whether it be catching up with you or ensuring you get your relaxation. I always leave in a trance! You need to try her out!!

Erica is not only easy to get along with but she is so talented at what she does. I have had several full body massages from her and she's always left me feeling relaxed and works out any tension or issues I may be having. As a lash artist and waxer, my slouchy back is forever indebted to her.

Erica was fantastic! The office is in a beautiful historic house in downtown Frederick. I came in so burnt out and left feeling like another person. She really took her time getting to know me and I’m so grateful. I can’t wait to come back.

I really can't say enough about Erica! I started seeing Erica because she came highly recommended for prenatal massages from a few local Facebook groups for moms and mommas-to-be. Started coming to her when I was a few months pregnant and have been seeing her throughout my pregnancy just about every 3–4 weeks.

She offers her extensive experience focused in prenatal massage, has provided me with relief, really pays attention to what my body needs, is so caring and even offers great conversation during my massages when I need to talk through some of the "not-so-fun" work that is imperative for a successful massage.

So happy to call Erica my massage therapist as she is the first that I have ever come back to after my first visit. And, I'm even more excited to come back to Erica when I can treat myself to massage without this tiny wonderful human growing inside of me!

Erica is hands-down amazing! My pregnancy bad back was so bad before I saw her. I don’t know what she did but my back is feeling like I’m 21 all over again. And I’m far away from 21. She made me feel so light and revived after my massage. Her hands are 100% magic, if I could book her every week I would. You can tell. She truly loves what she does and she’s very passionate. She listens to your needs. She shows a lot with her actions. She checks in to make sure the pressure is good. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body. Love going to see Erica! She is one of the best massage therapist I have ever been too (and I've been to a lot) She makes sure to address any issues you have going on. And really customizes the whole experience using hot stones and cupping as needed. She also just has a super chill but friendly vibe that you need while getting massaged. Highly recommended!

Been seeing Erica for 3 months for stress relief and hip pain. Ive noticed a big difference in my pain level and it's definitely helping with stress. I feel amazing after each session. She's a very skilled massage therapist- I wish I could come every week.

Erica was very sweet! Her office is very clean and welcoming. I really enjoyed the privacy of the room and the hot stones! She was also great with communication! Erica is the best massage therapist I have worked with in multiple states (and countries)! I've been getting regular therapeutic massage for over ten years now. I have rheumatoid arthritis in my thirties, and I also have an infant and toddler, so massage helps with my inflammation from RA as well as general parenting stiffness. 😂 Erica makes you comfortable and will talk as much or as little as you need.
