Great communication and customer service skills! I was looking for black gutters and this company offered great options and information. I contacted them for an estimate while I was out of town. They were able to provide me with an estimate, share details, and complete installation before I made it back home. They also made sure to provide me with updates every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I highly recommend M&J exteriors. They really care for their customers.

It was a pleasure working with Ms. Lina and her outstanding team. The process from beginning to end was very smooth. There was an issue with the shingle delivery service truck knocking over our mailbox post and Lina made sure it was taken care of even though her team had nothing to do with the issue. They even switched out the shingles on two small sheds connected to my carport so they looked identical to the roof. Above and beyond for sure! Very friendly staff and the final product looks amazing. Highly recommend.

Recently got one of our house sidings ripped off by high winds. I contacted M&J Exteriors and they responded promptly. I had someone come out and inspecting the property damages in no time. The process with my HOA and Insurance company went smoothly thanks to their thoroughly documentation and communication. We were informed of everything through the whole process which gave us peace of mind. We got new gutters as well and I would say that both projects look amazing. Will definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to do some exterior renovations or is in need of repairs.

M&J Exteriors LLC is highly recommended. The technicians did a thorough inspection of the roof and Lina walked explained to us the process. They finished replacing our roof in one day and cleaned afterward, they even knocked at our neighbors house to clean their front and backyard for any debris. That’s excellent customer service.

Appreciated the communication with Lina. She was responsive and helpful. After installing the gutters I checked them out and notice a few minor things that I had questions about. Lina and the technician came the next morning to fix and seemed to want to make all the effort to addressed my concerns. Would recommend them.

This company is very professional and very friendly staff to communicate with. They worked with me, and was very quick to get me a quote without even having to schedule a visit to my home (they found my home/dimensions using satellite pictures). They were very quick, willing to work with you through a payment plan if needed, and just overall as professional as it gets. I would recommend this gutter company to anyone looking to get their gutters repaired or replaced. Very competitive prices, and never felt like I was being up-charged for anything.

This company was amazing. We had some siding blow loose during a wind storm. Called and had everything looked at and repaired less than a week later. Customer service was stellar. Very pleasant, helpful to answer questions. Very flexible in payment options and scheduling. Great at communicating. Very honest. I highly recommend!

Hello dear friend, I wanted to come on here and say how wonderful this company has been our family suffered the loss on April 8, 2023 our home caught fire and we’ve been displaced. Lina was very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of our gutter installation. She kept us informed every step of the way. The technicians were very experienced and did an excellent job removing the old gutter and installing the new gutters. Once the job was completed the cleanup was impeccable. We had a wonderful experience with M&J Exteriors! They were quick to schedule an inspection to our roof - which we had wind damage to and needed a full replacement due to the age. We also had them quote us for gutters as the ones we had were too small for our roof. The pricing was very competitive with a great warranty on labor and material. The owner, Lina, was great to work with even while having to work around us getting our solar panels removed. They were able to complete the roof and gutters in 2 days. Lina was even on-site herself both days ensuring all work was going well and being done to her liking. That personalized service goes a long way in my book. They were professional, polite and cleaned up all debris! This is the second roof we have had replaced in 3 years - the first being the roof on our old home before we moved. I wish we had used M&J at that time. We could not be more pleased with the outcome of the roof/gutters and we have gotten tons of compliments on how nice it looks. I highly recommend them and will use them for any future roofing/gutter needs.
