I used FCC after a hail storm which damaged the aluminum siding on my 56 year old house. Brian (the owner) helped walk me through the whole process and was available to speak to my insurance company representatives each time. He was not only there when they sent an inspector, but he walked around with that person to point out all the damage and then followed up multiple times. FCC did an outstanding job replacing all the siding on my house, and also added a house wrap and insulation. Work was done perfectly and Brian was always available by phone and text, with responses never taking more than a few minutes. This company is trustworthy and they live up to their word. I have recommended FCC to a few of my friends since the work was done on my house last month. I will call Brian again if there are any damages to my house in the future. Thank you, Brian and team, for an outstanding job with customer service and quality of work. We need more contractors like you.

We had the great opportunity to work closely with Brian Edwards and First Call Contractors. Brian was extremely knowledgeable with our repairs needed. Brian provided excellent customer service during the entire design through completion of the project. Brian’s roofers and siding workers were extremely professional, friendly, and very clean. We had a perceived issues months after our install and Brian was quick to stay in contact with us and even personally stopped by to make a repair for us. After receiving several bids I chose this firm. Not only did they work with my homeowners insurance company, they actually got them to pay for damage under the shingles & in my attic. Brian delivered on every promise he made. The crews were did a fantastic job removing the old shingles & were mindful of our flower gardens & shrubs. What meant the most to me was Brian’s team was able to make my insurance company fix everything. The original insurance adjuster tried to get off without fully repairing my roof. Thankfully Brian was able get all damage repaired as promised by my homeowners policy. Without his expertise I would have had to pay thousands out of pocket. I highly recommend this company. Enlisting the services of First Call Contractors (FCC) was one of the best decisions we made, year-to-date.

We called FCC to request an estimate because there were a few shingles missing from the edge of our roof.  Mr. Edwards (Brian) answered our call immediately.  We made an appointment and Brian showed up on time and inspected the damage.  While on the roof, he saw that there was extensive damage from a hailstorm and recommended we contact our insurance company and make a claim.  He also noticed hail damage to the aluminum siding that was not obvious to us.

Mr. Edwards offered to return and meet with the insurance representative, when they came to inspect the roof.  The insurance rep concurred that there was hail damage, not only to the roof but also to the siding, as Brian had noted.  When we received the insurance company’s estimate of the cost to replace both, we sent it to Brian.  He reviewed it and discussed the estimate’s shortcomings with us.  Brian is familiar with building codes; we are not.  (The insurance company’s estimate omitted some important and costly items, including a vapor barrier and insulation.)

We asked Brian and FCC to help us with the insurance company.  FCC did an outstanding job both negotiating with the insurance company and with installing the roof and siding.  Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly and professionally.  We are 100% happy with our new siding and roof.  As I said earlier, enlisting the services of FCC was the best decision we could have made.

Our experience with this company was remarkable. David and his crew have an impressive customer service. From start to end, they made this experience very easy and safe with clear communication. They arrived and finished on time without leaving stuff around the house. They do great and clean job! I recommend this company to everyone! FCC's Brian Edwards did a great job with replacement of my wind and hail damaged roof. He was always reachable and kept me informed of where the project was with respect to replacement process and schedule at all times. On install day, crew showed up around 7 am and wrapped up around 4 pm. Roof looks great. Thank you FCC.

My experience was exceptional. Justin was professional, transparent, and extremely responsive. He exercised patience with me every step of the way and was very knowledgeable. During the day of the installation, he made a visit to check-in and called me the following day as a follow up. I highly recommend FCC and I highly recommend Justin Broom.
