Awesome; this is not an average par 3. Greens are better than a lot of full length courses. Nice landscaping and well maintained. Price is great. I’d play frequently if I lived nearby.

I vacation in Oceanside once a year and play this course two or 3 times. It is kept up fairly well, and the staff is courteous. I sometimes get teamed up with regulars and have always enjoyed playing with them. Prices are quite reasonable.

It’s a fun, challenging, tight par3 course. Shots to the right are out of bounds, on almost the whole course. Hole 3. Would be better with a flat green. But overall it rewards long straight shots.. it’s fun and challenging at the same time. Highly recommended for your short game

I enjoy golfing here a lot. There's water traps everywhere but it's almost all par 3s making it fun and tough. It's all about accuracy and short game. The scenery is nice and everything is tucked in a community. It's short enough to walk comfortably and they have great cart service for food and drink.

A great place to golf and socialize. There’s a small clubhouse with in and outdoor seating, great golf apparel, food and beverage service, and Friday night social gatherings.

A snow slide was available during the cold weather as well.

Parking is decent, abundant golf carts, nice enough driving range and great putting green.

Good - the greens were nice and it was a good time. I have never seen California so green!

Had a great game here would play here again. Have a golf shop and golf ball markers.

I didn’t play the course, but I hit some balls at the driving range. Not super busy, easy process to get the balls, and driving range was in good condition.

The restaurant was very good. The sandwich was tasty and filling. The beers were a little pricy, but it’s Oceanside and a golf course, beers are always a little pricy

First time here, though I live only one mile away! 🤦‍♂ Came here for the golf range for my daughter. Great range, good prices and not too busy...
Local owned, nice course, golf shop was well staffed and stocked. Honestly, their own branded products were well done-i bought a hat for myself and my daughter. It's a must do.
P.S. the cafe was delish as well...

Great little par 3 course.
It was empty the day I was there. I hit 3 or 4 balls from each tee. Great place to tune up your short game.

Nice short Par 3 course for the most part. As long as there's not too many people ahead holding you up! Course was well taken care of and they will deliver food and drinks while out on the course.

Love the atmosphere. Great people! Fun little course.

For the money it doesn't get any better. Great service and hospitality. I've played courses that cost 3 times as much and the greens are no where as nice. Not even close. The greens here set this place apart. The Fringe and outer Fringe are in excellent shape even with water restrictions. There are plenty of elevation changes as well. Is the course small? Yes. However, the greens and elevation changes make this place an amazing value. I highly recommend Emerald Isle.

I golf about twice a year and don’t want to spend much on a game. At $22 this is a great price for me. Also I’m not good enough to do a full size course. So the short par 3 holes are perfect.

As far as Par 3 courses go, you don't get many as pleasant to play as Emerald Isle. It is upkept better than most in its price range with nice greens and has varied slopes with lots of uphill and downhill tee shots. The green fees are very hard to beat in addition to the great food and stellar deals on beer and drinks. Overall, the whole experience is really great if you want a place to play a laid back round of golf to work on your mid iron game. Oh, and you can bring your dog with you as well! 🐕

Great place to play a quick round of golf at a very reasonable price. Despite how inexpensive it is to play the course is very well maintained and surprisingly challenging.
