I STRONGLY ADVISE ANY SHOP OWNER TO LOOK ELSEWHERE. I hired Jerry and his crew to install my smog dyno in ground, things were going well up until they put my dyno in ground and i come to find out they dug the hole too deep. i complained to Jerry and he said that's an easy fix we can shim the dyno. well, i tell the workers to shim the dyno and they were completely against it and argued with me that the dyno should be lower than the concrete and not flush. i tried explaining to them that there's a weight scale that needs to be flush with the concrete so we can weigh the axles properly. they continued to argue! Finally my store manager had enough of the time being wasted he got a hold of a metal supplier , got the metal , fabricated the metal and engineered a box frame to lay under the dyno to bring it up to spec. Jerry in the meantime was completely dodging my phone calls. I lost all respect of this "MAN". I don't recommend doing business with mission equipment. If you end up having a problem Jerry will beat around the bush and avoid your phone calls and you'll be stuck dealing with employees that say "i'm not the boss i can't make that decision" only JERRY can !!

Mission Called our company to pick up their disabled truck in Orange county and when we showed up they had another tow company tow it back. We responded to the location they gave us in 35 minutes and they never called back to tell us to cancel the tow. We explained about a service charge to drive 35 miles away and they refused to pay!!!!

Shame on this company. Bad business ethics.
