Totally satisfied with all aspects of the experience from pickup to receiving our finished product at our winter address. Digitized quality of audio tapes from 35 years ago was excellent. Appreciated the individual boxes for each copy on a jump drive which were perfect for giving as gifts.

EverPresent digitized our old family 8mm videos. We dropped off the tapes in Portsmouth and received the digital copies within about 3 weeks, which was a few weeks ahead of expectation. All involved from drop off, through phone confirmation and delivery were very courteous and contentious. I would definitely use them next time.

The process was quick and the results were great. The staff was easy to work with.

I've had a chance to use EP and Kodak, and I definitely had a better experience with Ever-present. I have recommended them to friends and family, because you have real people - where you drop it off and pick it up, quality control, reports, phone calls, etc. I had a problem with the password to download, and with 48 hours it was reset. Bear in mind this was all part of the Christmas rush. Kodak, on the other hand, never sent me the USB, mailed it by the Post Office, and even though they told me they would follow up, it has been radio silence. In the end, I would rate EP higher, because they had more local control over the process.

The process of working with Everpresent was simple and uncomplicated. After the phone consultation we were given an address to drop off the tapes. The woman at the drop of center was knowledgeable about the process and conducted business in front of me so I could ensure the order form was sealed with the tapes. An email was received saying the tapes had been received and if any problems they found with the tapes we would be notified. Another phone call for direction on what we wanted the tapes converted to was pleasant and seemless. We received the tapes back along with the USB and a description of any problems or issues they faced, which for our tapes there thankfully were none. When viewing the tapes before hand we could hear the audio but couldn’t see anything. The videos on the usb were great quality. We were so happy we could see the videos. Great service throughout the whole process. Would definitely use them again for future projects!

EverPresent got the job done ahead of time and under the budget. My original slides were over 50 years old and in most cases they look like they might have just been taken. Thank you EverPresent for a job well done!

Very nice people, but be aware the Islington location is a drop off box inside of a different business in the 800 plaza.
