Super flexible, easy to work with, super nice family owned business. I’ve been using this business since 2020 and I’ve never had a problem with them! They’re always on time, easy set up and pick up, super out going, and most of all trustworthy. Book with them last minute and they’ll be there!
I’m not sure why reviews say otherwise but business is a business and all businesses have their ups and down. I will continue to rent from this company and continue to recommend them!! They have a great variety of moon bounces and they rent tables and chairs and more!!

I have no idea why there are some low ratings, from delivery, to setup, to pickup, this place was AWESOME. We rented a waterslide for my daughter's birthday, there were NO issues at all. 3 people came to set it up, 4 to pick it up. You can tell this is a family business, we will without a doubt use this company again!

We have used Dayanni's Party Rentals 3 times now for our annual church Family Day Picnic. You just can't beat their price, selection and customer service! They set up, take down, and are so easy to work with. We have rented chairs, tables, bouncers and a snow cone machine. Everything is always clean and well-maintained. We will continue using this wonderful family-owned business as long as we can!

I rented last December and the great experience has stuck with me since then. They dropped it off early in the morning so my daughter got to play all day. They came and picked it up the next morning while I was at work without a hitch. The equipment was clean and well maintained. I also got a Frozen piñata that was of incredible value and unique!!!! For the huge piñata and the bouncy rental I think I paid $125? I should’ve tipped them way more. Everyone was kind, especially the gentleman dropping off!

Great company to work with. Family oriented and family ran. They offer a great product at an amazing prize. They blew everyone out of the water. My kids had a blast playing with the bounce house/water slide we rented. I will be renting from them in the near future. 5* Service.

I rented a bouncy house for my daughters 3rd birthday. Dayannis had the best price and also let me have the bouncy house all day and overnight. We rented the whale bouncy house and water slide. It was tons of fun for not only the kids but the adults as well. I will be using them again for future parties! Very friendly family owned buisness!

After I had a company cancel on me the day of my kids birthday party, I decided to call Dayanni’s. They were really nice and helpful. We figured out what was available and got it delivered within the hour. They saved the day!! Thank you

I use this company several years in a row never had any issues that's always been reasonable responsible and responsive as well as accommodating any issues they were communicative they were affordable convenient and I'd recommend them anytime anyway

I highly recommend NEVER booking with Dayanni's Party Rentals as they nearly ruined my daughters birthday party.
They are local, and of course I want to support local business, so I decided to book a waterslide with them for our party. The waterslide was delivered at 10:30 AM for our 12 o’clock party and I was told the pool at the bottom needed to be filled at least halfway before the water slide would be safe for the children to slide down. After about an hour of trying to fill the pool we realized it wasn’t retaining water because there was a leak in the seams. I called them to try to come up with a solution, so we could still have a waterslide for the party.
The person on the phone initially told me that the bottom pool was not meant to hold water, which is untrue since upon delivery they told me it needed to be halfway full for safety issues.
Then they told me that they did not know that this water slide defective and they could deliver one later in the day for us to use the entire day but it would not arrive for several hours.
I told them that the party ended at 2 o’clock and a waterslide after that was not helpful and I requested a full refund. They were unwilling to give me a refund since the slide had already been delivered. They once again stated they did not know that the water slide was not functioning and therefore I could not get a refund. We took pictures of the seam where the water slide is leaking and it is obviously been stitched together in the past and done so poorly. They knew this waterslide did not work. They also placed a pad underneath the corner where the leak is again and indication that they knew this water slide would not work. They were unable to offer any remedy except for delivering another waterslide after our event had ended. This is very poor customer service and they were unwilling to own up to any other mistakes but rather, in my opinion, kept repeatedly lying to me.

While I was appreciative of the last minute availability of their inflatable, I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience.

During set up one of the individuals gave a lot of attitude towards me and acted unprofessional throughout the setup process.

About an hour into the birthday party we noticed that the inflatable water slide was losing air and rendered the inflatable unusable for about 2 hours until they could get someone out to fix it. While I’m glad that they were able to fix it, that was 2 hours of the party where we were unable to use the expensive inflatable.

Was not offered any sort of reimbursement for the missed time. I would suggest that this company thoroughly check their rentals before allowing customers to use them in the future.

Buyers beware. They are not responsible for any damages. First stake they drove in the yard went directly into the water irrigation. It cost us 700 dollars in damages and that doesn't include the enormous water bill to come. They were not willing to make any accommodation of any kind for the damages. As soon as they saw the water they simply left. It flooded our yard during the party and flooded part of the golf course nearby. They were not even willing to return our rental fee.

The owner is so rude. she dont have the booked bounce house agreed in advance on the day of event and she changed the bounce on the day of event and wont go lower on price or dont care about the inconvenience they caused and charged me extra for the replaced bounce because it costs higher. or she said you can cancel your order on the day of event!
