I just left (still in the parking lot) and had to immediately give my review. This store is great! The two black women who were there working were so so friendly and sweet. Offered to help me look for something when I walked in and checked on me a little later to just to see if I was still good. No hovering to make me buy things. Just a very relaxed homey vibe. The store is small inside but they have a lot of hair and products to choose from. highly recommend this store.

Black women owned beauty supply store❤ they had everything I needed to do my own box braids. And the customer service was top notch too! I can't wait to go back to support!!! Very nice, helpful and professional workers, a great variety of products and very reasonably priced compared to other beauty supply stores with higher prices, less variety and not so friendly service. I love this place. Whether in person or by phone I always get the assistance needed.

I went in the first time a few weeks ago after my friend told me about it and it honestly was so nice. First of all as soon as you walk in ,the place is lit and welcoming, the employees take care of you, really know how to help you whether you’re looking for hair or supplies. The atmosphere just feels great and great prices too! The employees don’t just treat you like regular customers they treat you like a friend and it just made me feel right at home. So happy they opened, I have a beauty supply store closer to my house than this but I always make the longer drive just to shop here.

We own a Hair Salon and always shop at L & B Beauty Supply. We love everything about L&B Beauty supply… prices, quality of product, and customer service. The prices are low (compared to other stores), the products are of good quality, and above all the service is great. We love going there and will definitely be back.

This place is Natural Hair Nirvana for Washington county, the staff here is always helpful and beyond delightful. They make everyone, from occasional shoppers to first timers feel like family. I highly recommend for anyone struggling finding a great beauty shop with a variety of products catering to beautiful natural, kinky hair.

Went in for the first time today was greeted right away! It was so clean and easy to get through the aisles to see everything. The Staff was friendly and helpful. They also had products that I normally have to order online not to mention they stay open later which is a plus and the customer service is amazing. I got to speak to one of the owners and she is so sweet! They all were! This is now my go to spot going forward!

The best black owned hair store I've ever been to. The variety is awesome! prices good. They just don't carry Taraji P Henson hair care line. But I drive from Hagerstown just to shop here.

Awesome beauty supply store with a wide array of supplies. It is very organized with knowledgeable and courteous staff. As for as I am concerned it is the single source of beauty supplies in the Frederick, MD area.
