This shop really is my favorite of the 2 pro shops in Frederick. Well organized, all the good product lines and the staff are informative, helpful and accommodating!

Anna C. was EXTREMELY helpful and super friendly! As soon as I walked in she warmly greeted me and answered any questions I had about the product I was looking for! She made my one experience at this store better than all the other times I’ve visited the salon centric back home! Thank you Anna :)

My friend and I went to this store for the first time ever and we had the most pleasant experience. Kathy was the person working at the time and she was the absolute sweetest. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and showed us where everything was. It was just a very good first impression of not only the location but of the staff as well. Whenever we go to the cosmoprof in Frederick we feel like we’re being watched and judged.

First and foremost get better lighting in there! Nothing like yellow mosquito lights to help u find your hair color needs. Its 2020..they make bright, white/daylight bulbs now.
Good selection however but again...the lighting in here is ridiculous!

I noticed there were no images in any reviews of the inside and I supposed it was because the place was not well known, etc. The establishment is not open to general public. I did go in briefly and suppose I recommend for those with a cosmetology license. They were nice enough to apologize for the inconvenience but it’d be nice if the notice were listed prior to travel.
