Although I didn't end up buying a car from Brian at Newman Auto Network, he did provide me invaluable advice and assistance with the entire process of selling my current car and buying a new vehicle. Brian was very knowledgeable and patient with my numerous questions and offered suggestions that did help me be successful. He was easy to contact and quick to respond to messages that I sent him. By far the best car buying experience I've had to date! Brian was friendly and genuine. He got me the best rate and the whole process only took an hour. I came solo so I needed someone from his shop to bring my car home for me. Brian lent me Ashton and I brought him back to the shop in my new car 😊 Good hearted people work here and that is something you don't see at car dealerships nowadays. He went out of his way to get me the best rate possible and get me approved along with alternative options if the initial one didn’t work out. He’s an honest guy who cares about his customers!

The issue was car was in Phoenix and I am in central Texas. Brian came through with getting a temporary plates for it and arranged shipping to Texas. I sold my car on Cars & Bids, and Brian won the auction. Working with him was great. He is very friendly and responsive. We were able to quickly complete the sale. I'm located in Texas. I had the cash and he had the car within 3 days of the auction's close. If you are not local to Phoenix, you should still feel comfortable selling him your car.
