Called customer service to cancel our service because we are moving… They continue to inquire about transferring service, but they couldn’t cancel it because I don’t have a four digit pin that can be found online?! If you try to cancel service they will try to make you jump hoops… look elsewhere

I wish I could list negative stars. I used to be able to easily pay my bills online at Frontier. The electronic pay was as easy as any other company. Then, somewhere in the past 4 months or so, it is now the absolute worst online bill-paying experience ever. Ever.

The pages don’t refresh properly, it freezes altogether, it’s boggy and slow to respond, and forget about “chatting”with a customer service person. My grandma texts faster! I may as well send smoke signals.

Seriously, Frontier. Paying bills online should be quick and stress-free. It is 2022 not 2002. It took me 20 frustrating minutes to pay this one bill. And it was the same last month. And the month before.

I’m certainly not trusting you with automatic payments if you can’t even manage your very basic website. Get yourselves together, people. Join the here and now.

They will shutoff your service regardless of your medical needs. Do not use them if you require internet for medical use!
