Fast and respectful. Taylor B. made sending my returns back quick and easy. When I arrived there were 10 people in line ahead of me and the staff made quick work. Even with the long line I was in and out in 10 minutes.

I had a great experience bringing 3 returns, no line or a wait and was in and out within 10 minutes. Friendly workers that worked there and was just a pleasant day!

I came in minutes before they were closing. They greeted me with open arms and just wanted to help me. It was amazing and one of the best experiences! Thank you!

Always very kind and they go as fast as they can even when the line is almost to the door during holidays. This location is my go-to as they provide far superior service compared to other locations.

The service is always great. I return a number of things from Amazon on a regular basis and I'm never made to feel like I'm burdening the employees. Terrific store.

Always friendly and helpful. In my several trips to this location I have watched them explain to customers about the type of Amazon returns for example some QR codes specify that the customer needs to pack and have ship ready ( boxed/taped) - some do not need to be packaged . I’ve seen those customers who did not read their Amazon instructions to have ship ready get abusive to the staff at the store. The staff remained calm and polite even with verbal abuse. UPS just follows Amazon shipping instructions - READ YOUR INSTRUCTIONS!

I still think the customer service provided at this UPS store location is very good. Very friendly staff. I have never had an issue with any of the employees. To the people who are complaining about the older employees, perhaps you were rude to them? I have never had an issue with either of these employees.

After reading reviews I was weary to go here to do two Amazon returns. However I was there earlier, and encountered two of the nicest employees ever(male and female) and they did my returns and were such a pleasure. Much easier and quicker than Kohl’s

Excellent customer service at this location!! Danielle helped me during the holiday rush with stopping the shipment of a package after I realized I was being scammed! I was able to get my package and money back with no hassle. This was my first experience using the store and selling something online. She calmed me down and was kind every step of the way! The store is extremely efficient overall and I will definitely go back for any mailing needs in the future! Thank you Danielle!!!

Excellent costumer services and they deliver on time.

FYI.. If your package does not get delivered by the speed you pay for, get a refund... Simple as that! I work for ups warehouse as a 2nd job and they're great if you know what you're trying to accomplish. Understand what 1,2,3 day, ground etc entails and the time of day you actually ship the package.. I've always encountered fast friendly service.

Two good experiences when I needed to drop off Amazon returns. I had printed out the label from Amazon, they scan it, and I'm out of there in 2 minutes. It's busy but the li e moves pretty good.

The people working at this store are so helpful and pleasant to work with.

I am a mailbox customer, and service is always awesome. I frequently have my mail forwarded due to travel, and staff always makes it happen in a timely manner. I have also done shipping and returns from this location, and everything always goes smoothly.

I just received my antique wall clock that was packed and ship from this store. I am in awe of the care that was used in packing this item. If I could award more stars I would. Fantastic service. Thank you!
