Unbelievable! Is not a strong enough word for this team. I was stranded 200 miles from home, my work car wouldn’t start. They quickly found me the right part and now I can get home to take care of my daughter. In this day and age a team like this is VERY HARD to find. I just can not thank them enough. AutoZone headquarters please pay attention to the teams on the ground making your company shine. Without them, you have nothing. Incredible and thoughtful are not strong enough words. I’m a regional manager of a 100m dollar company. Recognize this team please!

After having a great deal of trouble with my car today, I want to thank Tyler and Lynda for their help and patience. Tyler went above and beyond, and I want to give special acknowledgment to his patience and professionalism.

We came to AutoZone for a battery. Before selling us the battery, the manager Cheryl cleaned the terminals of the current battery and tested it along with starter and determined the current battery was good. Great customer service!

My check engine light came on. I was able to go in and ask an employee to test my check engine light and within 5 minutes, it was completed and had my possible diagnostic. The process was fast and the employee helping me was nice and knowledgeable.

My battery died at the sam's club down the street I mean dead nothing so I hopped over to AutoZone got the battery checked yeah was dead picked up la new one that was in stock and got some help with tools from the very helpful counter person and swapped it out ( was surprised the cost of batteries ) 227.00 wow but got it in and on my way Thanks AutoZone 5 stars

Had trouble installing one wiper blade and thought I had broken it completely. Went in to this location to replace blade and Franklin quickly repaired and installed it for me. I appreciate that he did not just sell me a new blade but went above and beyond by saving my existing one. Thank you Franklin!

I was in a tight spot and had to go to a different store than my local one. I purchased ATF fluid for my F-350. I also had a fluid pump to put it in on the counter.
The gentleman who was helping me check out asked me if I was buying the pump to the fluid in. I told him yes and he asked me if I just needed a small funnel. He brought me a funnel to use to put in the ATF and took it back to him and I didn't need to buy the pump which saved me money.
These stores are military friendly

On our way home tonight our headlight went out so we stopped to get replacements. It was right before closing and we were attempting to put the in the new ones in the parking lot. Of course it wasn't a simple thing and the manager Noah came out and assisted! He really went above and beyond and we can't thank him enough!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Thanks to the staff at Auto Zone Frederick. I went in thinking my Jeep had one issue and they walked out to look at it and suggested that I try something else. They even showed me how easy it was to replace myself. Saved me a few hundred dollars not having to take to a shop. This is the second time this location has helped me out. Going above and beyond with customer service.

Been to alot of AutoZones in the past but this one stands out. They are very professional, friendly and helpful. Been an AutoZone customer for a long time and this store is my all time favorite and it's employees is the reason.

I stopped by the Autp Zone today because my windshield wiper fell off as I was driving down the interstate. I went into the store to purchase a replacement for the drivers side of my Acura MDX. Franklin was working at the counter and came out in the rain to make sure I was purchasing the right size and snapped it back on so no need to purchase an additional one. They’ve just earned my future business. Kindness goes a long way these days and this guy was the best!

Despite being crazy busy, Noah was very attentive and went above and beyond to help me out.
