David was such a big help! He was kind and very knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to make sure I got the correct parts and even took a moment to look at my car as well. I'll definitely be returning to this location from now on. I appreciate genuine people who want to help thank you again David!

Service was fast. There were people there to help. Looks like they had a lot of staff present. I was able to get the part I needed and while the person behind the desk did not have outstanding customer service skills. He got the job done.

We've been to many different auto parts stores over our collective 50+ years. This is, by far, our go to Advance Auto, specifically for one, excellent employee, Rob Hanley! Rob is extremely knowledgeable, always helpful, thorough, and kind. He has listened to my concerns and been able to diagnose my concerns very quickly, on many different occasions. He's informed about the products in the store and makes suggestions for additional items I may need while competing a repair, (to save me unnecessary return trips back to the store). Both my husband and I have really appreciated his assistance over the last 10 'ish years(?), thank you Rob!
On a side note, as a female, he is extremely respectful, and has never been condescending to me, or other females I've seen him work with, which is refreshing!

Kenny was great with helping my husband and I with getting a new battery. He was super kind and patient when I made a mistake on the car.

Just went to Advanced for a new battery and got fantastic service from a gentleman named Rob! Advised us on what battery to buy then stayed with us a full 45 mins to help clean up the corroded battery and replace the new one! Such great service and we totally appreciated all of his help!!

They sell parts. They are knowledgeable. They will fully charge your battery in the Spring for free if you let your car sit all winter and dont install a battery shut off switch or disconnect it.

If you're in Urbana or New Market and need auto parts or a place to recycle old oil then this is your place. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. All my online orders were ready and on time.

No idea how to properly review an auto parts store. It’s an auto parts store. They sell auto parts. Nobody actually likes their job. Asking someone for a little instruction regarding changing a headlight results in snide comments or outright abolishment from manhood. Well, the latter probably not so much. But they hate their job and it shows. Perhaps auto school didn’t work out for them but they want to remain in the auto industry, but they are not clever enough to sell cars. Who knows! Bottom line. This place rules. Not a good place for a date or a bite to eat. But the key display is top notch. Don’t forget to ask lotsa normal questions they hate answering.

Had what I wanted were friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out quickly. Store is organized and clean. Prices were better than what I was quoted at a couple other places.

This is one of the best Advance stores in Maryland. The store is small, but the staff is courteous and highly experienced and knowledgeable. Rob is the king of diagnostics.
