We were coming back from a camping trip and our alternator went up. The guys at the W. Patrick street in Frederick location were very helpful. They had everything we needed to get our family moving back down the road. They charged my battery while I changed the alternator and everything fell into place. Good people.... Thank you.

Bob and Jeff are always so great and helpful whenever I come in and ask questions. They go above and beyond to make sure I get all my answers and the best products. They definitely need raises for as hard as they are always working and as many hours as they put in. Thank you again Jeff and Bob for all you do!!!!

I am still sad that Harlee is gone. She was the best store manager that I ever saw working in an Auto Zone.

Very helpful. I purchased all new windshield wipers - front and back and they made time to help me install them. No masks required if you are fully vaccinated. Not too many customers about an hour ago. Still have safety shield around the check out.

Broke down on the highway, limped in for parts. The entire staff was extremely helpful getting us back on the road. Great friendly service.

Went in to get wiper blades while it was raining. The employee was super helpful and installed the blades, again, while it was raining. Kudos to all staff!

Very helpful and kind employees, a lady working on front desk helped me with installing battery and wiper on my car who was really nice .
But some men needs to smile more often when the consumer showed up in store especially when they are in front desk helping customer but other than that always better than any other store .

I'm not a car guy but I'm finding that doing my own basic things for my cars saves me so much money and I've really enjoyed it. This autozone is bigger than the one closer to home but it's the same friendly and helpful staff that I've come to expect from them.

Had car trouble on our way to Ocean City 2 weeks ago. 5:30pm on a Saturday. Thank goodness this store right off of I-70 in Frederick MD was open and willing to help. Kudos especially to Harlee and others that evening who did a really amazing job - checked out the car, came up with a solution and made sure it worked.

Very helpful and informative staff. My only complaint was walking around the store with no clue for about 30 minutes before someone asked if I needed help.

Needed to buy a tire patching kit for a friend stranded in thurmont. Bought the kit. When I walked out the theft alarms accidentally went off but the guy gave me a thumbs up and I went on my way. Pretty funny day.
