Double D’Souza on Auburn st Portland is my #1 go 2 for all my morning needs before work! The morning crew are so so busy and they still have time for your wants and needs ! I go in and everything is always ready and perfect, and I always get a “Have a Great Day Larry”!

I've been going to this location for the four years I've lived here, and it's been consistently wonderful. I can always trust that what I'll get is flavorful and well made, but most important CORRECTLY made! I can always be confident that no matter what time or day I go, I'll get consistent quality. Moreover, even with the many changes in people, menu, and the building itself, it's remained a positive and high quality environment and a staple for me in times of caffeinated need. I know a lot of people talk down on Dunkins food options, but honestly I like them! It's not greasy and you get what you see. I feel their food has way more flavour than Starbucks, which is bland and overpriced. As for the people, over the four years I've gone there, no matter whos been working ice always received quality care. There's never been an incident that stood out to me or a thing worth noting. I AM a more patient man as I've worked retail forever so I understand how stressful and difficult these jobs are and that people who demand they be waited on hand and foot and be put first do no good, and only make everyone suffer. You have to remember especially, these people also have a drive through to run, and food to make. So if you ever think they're "not doing enough" or "lollygagging", consider: have you ever worked this job? 9 times out of ten, a job that YOU may think is beneath you/super easy, is actually incredibly demanding. This Dunkin location has always been dedicated to quality care for its guests, in my opinion, and has done nothing but continue to flourish in that respect. I always feel better after stopping by, and it helps that it's in a super convenient spot too.

Maybe not enough caffeine, sadly if they do that so you come back for multiple cups in the day. St. John's Dunkin Donuts has to be the best run, the staff is outstanding at customer service, and your order always comes up quick and correct!

These people are on it! What a sweet guy operating their drives through/ window! Plus the coffee was made correctly, food was HOT, there was warm conversation and I left feeling happier than I did driving up to order.

Unlike a few other locations -

That ALWAYS hand you half cooked, frozen in the middle, half-assed food. (Gray/falmouth) and coffee that tastes like I'm lacking the bottom of the burnt coffee pot, IF they even give you a correct coffee order. LOL.

This location is pretty solid when it comes to service and reliability. Never seen an incorrect order as far as my experience goes. Dunkin has great quality drinks, and is known for some inexpensive doughnut options, so when service meets brand standard you can't lose. Great job guys! UPDATE: New uncluttered design to their floorplan looks great!

I was walking around for my job and having a rough day, I went to get a chai latte and it was AMAZING! The girl there, I unfortunately forget her name but told her I would give her a good review, she was shorter and I think blonde? She was super cool and made my day with her great attitude and great service!! It made my day and I left the store smiling. The whole crew seems kind and provides great service. Will most definitely be back! PLEASE if you know who she is, give her a raise!

I also on another occasion had a mix up coffee from a different Dunkin in Brooklyn, and when I mentioned it to them they fixed the situation! Thank you again! Best place to get coffee!

I come through this dunkin a lot because it's right across the street from my job and I roll up super early in the morning but this place is always friendly, and provides excellent and accurate service. I know my coffee order is a little complicated but its important to me so I appreciate the attention to detail and i you guys are so nice for how early it is adding big smiles at no extra charge. Thanks guys!

I walk to work(two miles) every day to Hannaford. I stop at Dunkin in West Falmouth M-F and get an Ice Coffee and a Sesame Bagel. The staff works very hard and a lot of time they dont have adequate help,yet they give excellent customer service. It's some of the entitled customers that irk me! It's like cheers,they even remember my name. Hi Five to Katie, she's awesome!

I had a medium regular coffee and an old fashion/plain doughnut the workers and patrons were friendly so I stayed and drank my coffee and ate my doughnut there.The traffic is heavy in that area at 5:00 but if you can time and watch the traffic light you can get in and out easy enough. COFFEE AND DOUGHNUT WAS excellent.

The only dunkins that gets my triple everything coffee perfect!!!! And if not they're more than willing to try again until your satisfied!!!

Love on the go ordering only wish there was a separate window to pick up those orders instead of waiting in line behind those ordering

Very busy, but they were dealing with it fantastically!! Wonderful customer service as well.

There food is really good sometimes they mess things up but I love the donuts hot chocolate bagel bites and especially the breakfast sandwiches!
