Extremely positive atmosphere. employees are wonderful, pleasent to talk to and will go out of there way to solve any problem. They will my first stop for my any problem or need with electronics

Went in yesterday to find a new memory card for my camera. Getting help was almost impossible. When I did ask for help it was almost like I was bothering him. He had no idea what memory card was compatible with my camera and the thought of using Goggle to look up the specs was, I guess....out of the question. He told me my camera was old (its not) and no card would work. Got back to the house, goggled it and found they did have the card for it but refuse to go back there. Waste of time and energy and the kid obviously had no intention of going out of his way to help. The guy wanted to eat lunch not help customers.

What an awful experience. Nobody there can find anything. I really did not enjoy the experience.
