I'm surprised at the reviews. I've been here a dozen times and I've never had a bad experience. Sometimes wait is long but it's because the customers are the ones taking up time. Even that doesn't upset me, we all want our Mail shipped to the correct address.

I think a woman named Carla helped me. Very nice, helpful and informative. She should get a raise. And no she didn’t tell me to say that. I dreaded coming here and she made it easy. My first time here was near Xmas. Neither time did I wait longer than 5 minutes. I’m sure no one writes positive reviews for usps locations so I thought I’d do this.

Ben and his supervisor Sue were friendly and helpful. I mailed a post card to a resident and found out after the fact that I had the street name misspelled. They gave me confidence that despite the error, with everything else correct (name, zip code, etc.) the card would be delivered. Ben and Sue, thank you for your friendliness and professionalism. You made my day.
