uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

This was a great location. Tommy was so helpful and fixed my computer so fast! It looks good as new! I will definitely continue coming to uBreakiFix for my technology needs. Tommy and the others are knowledgeable and understanding to the demands of needing a device and worked with me to keep me updated through each step.

I really liked the fact that the UBreakIFix website allows you to book an appointment for your specific repair needs so you can get service at a designated time rather than having to "wait in line." The booking process was very easy and I received a confirmation call from a technician within minutes of booking my appointment. I was able to drop my phone off at my convenience and once I was checked in, and a technician performed the initial diagnosis, they got started on my screen repair right away. I received a call at my office in a little over an hour from a technician telling me my phone was ready for pick up. Fast, easy, professional service. And the price was better than a few other repair places I went to first.

Forgot to leave a review for this place got my MacBook repaired here by this shop a couple of months ago. I was called as soon as the claim went through and I was able to give more info on the device. the device was repaired in a timely manner even though it said it would take about 2 weeks for the repair.

My phone was literally run over by more than a dozen cars, yet they fixed it. They explained the situation and accurately quoted me. It was also cheaper than another vendor I received a quote from too. Fantastic work.

My phone's charging port was dirty and filled with debris impacting it's ability to connect to chargers. Devon cleaned the charging port and it's as good as new. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze online. The entire process to get the port cleaned took about 15 minutes. Well worth it.

I walked in with my Chromebook which had gone to black after a scary scam message from fake Microsoft. I couldn’t shut down or restart. Thought I might have to remove the battery, as one site suggested. Kevin looked at it and within 5 minutes he fixed the problem and reassured me that my data was safe. He gave me some tips about what to do if that issue popped up again. Best thing (besides the restored Chromebook) was that Kevin didn’t charge me for his expertise. I highly recommend this shop.

I dealt with two people. On my first visit, De Von took my order and I wish I could remember his first name, but the man who serviced my phone checked me out when I came back a few days later. Both were true gentlemen: polite, friendly and helpful. You bet I'll recommend this place to anybody asking me for tips on where to get their electronics serviced.

I made an appointment online to drop off my Samsung Galaxy S22 plus, a few minutes after receiving my confirmation, I received a call to ask further details on the issue with my phone. Very professional, stopped in was greeted and the technician took down as much notes and information as possible to find a solution for my phone. Unfortunately my phone suffered a motherboard issue causing the black screen and no power, and thus a repair is not possible. All possible steps to finding a solution were done. I recommend anyone to come by to get any device fixed, as do they do their due diligence.

My iPad kept restarting every 3 mins or so and I couldn’t not seem to identify or resolve the problem. I gave my iPad to uBreakIFix and they fix the problem. They said there was a loose screw and the problem was resolved once they tightened the screw. It was an easy fix. They could have charged me a fee for troubling shooting and fixing the problem but instead fixed the problem for free! Thank you for being honest! I would go there again for any other issues I have with electronics!

They did an excellent repair to my iPhone, just like new. Feels like you are at a reputed and professionally managed establishment,
and not your neighborhood kiosks. Worth the costlier repairs given the peace of mind and quality of work.

Same day battery replacement on a Pixel 5, ended up with a problem with something shorting the device when the bottom of the screen was touched. They found the problem and fixed that too very fast. While I was there both times they were helping others with small problems without hassle or charge. Great people, good repair process!

Kevin was very helpful when I called the store with questions and Anthony was very helpful when I came in. They were both very personable and assisted me very quickly. The phone was fixed promptly and I would definitely come back for any future repairs.

The customer service was outstanding, Kevin went above and beyond to help me with my robot floor cleaner, I would definitely be back!

The turn-around time was just 1 day. And I especially appreciate your honesty in letting me know that I did not need a new hard drive.

Took phone in to just have a screen protector put on it, awesome dude put it on and didn't charge anything even after offering to pay for the labor. A++, good folks and quick.

It was easy to set up the appointment and visit the store. They diagnosed the problem with my laptop within 24 hrs. They identified it as corrosion due to water damage that they were unable to repair.

Dropped phone off for a screen repair, and it was fixed day of! (Had an appointment) Amazing service and great staff.
