Jordan wasn't kidding! I came I and I needed to do a hard thing, upgrade my phone and get me some headphones for cheap!

He was helping multiple people and making sure I had everything I needed to save money, and have reliable contact 24/7 with my girl! Thanks again jordan!

Today at T-Mobile i came in to just change my screen protector and possibly upgrade my phone, Jordan wasted no time helping as well as being very up front with information on cost and any fees that will be included to help me make my decision solid. He has a very upfront and positive attitude, it was very refreshing! Thank you for such a positive experience!

Although the store was full of customers, Jordan remainded composed and patient. We felt like we had his full attention and not rushed at all. Jordan was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we understood everything. I would definitely have him help us out again.

I have to say that in this T-Mobile store , Jordan is amazing and patient and professional. Two to three times I’ve had him help me out with purchases and an issue. He has exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend him.

I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile and Dominik did an excellent job guiding me through the transition. We had a few difficulties with the switch, but Dominik spent over 5 hours working one on one with me until we got to the plan and the price that I needed. I will definitely return.

I now understand the difference between a t mobile store and an authorized retailer. It is the quality of service and knowledge. We were in this store on Sunday and were assisted by Nickolas in choosing new phones. We accomplished that with Nickolas who was a truly amazing employee. He guided us and suggested a great plan for us which saved us money without a hard sell. He was patient, courteous, respectful and most importantly knowledgeable. So happy we went to this store and assisted by Nickolas.

Had a great experience. I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 12 years. One of my phones was so old (2G) that T-Mobile offered to upgrade me for free at my local store. The staff was great. They didn't try to change my plan or pressure me for upgrades that would have cost me. Very reasonable wait time, and that is okay because when they were helping me, they were focused on me. So, of course, when they helped those ahead of me, I was glad to see them handling them properly without rushing them out. And by the way, I was reading the reviews. If you are not happy with the signal or plan, the local store reviews it, not where you post that.

Jaime was a huge help. He was very patient, and took a long time with me. He helped me with everything that I wanted to get. Highly recommend, I will definitely be back.

I went in today to get wifi and was impressed by the quickness of everything! Jordan and Domenick are very attentive and there customer service is spot on. Domenick made sure I was all set up, and gave me all my info before I left. Thank you guys!

JORDAN IS THE MAN!!!! Car ran over my phone another Tmobile location said could not transfer my info to new phone with no screen. He work magic and got everything transfer up and running PLUS info and pics fr my older phone that others failed to transfer!!!! Amazing guy!!!!
