They usually have great deals, I am always getting their sushi, has great tastes! And if you look hard enough, you'll find great stuff for a very good price! They're usually stocked pretty well, so that everyone has a chance to get their great deals, before they're all gone!

Wonderful experience, it was clean inside. They have everything I always need. I personally enjoy their organic selection. They have great produce. At this store they recommend masks, 6 ft apart, they have designated in and out doors to conduct traffic flow, and they have plastic shields at the check out.

Super kind cashier tonight! Very nice young men working there! The courtesy clerks (the ones that bag and load the cart) were very nice! Very respectful! Very helpful! Definitely will be back, produce was fresh!

Generally very busy, but they keep as much in stock as possible. Better than many Frys in the surrounding area. Stock seems better lately. Now with pickup.

I don't normally shop at this location as I live in another part of town though occasionally I make a stop here as my job requires me to do grocery shopping for customers. I can say without a doubt this is my favorite Fry's location in all of Tucson. The employees are so helpful and will go out of their way to provide top notch customer service even if it's not within their area. Their cashiers are fast, professional, and very knowledgeable. and the store is as clean as they come!

Frys is a great place to get groceries. You can get rewards card which gives you discounts and gas points. They give you coupons based on things you purchase.

Even though there are two other grocery stores closer than this Fry's store, I do my shopping here. The prices are consistently lower, the people working here are friendly and efficient, and the quality of produce, meats, and bakery items are great. I like the cleanliness of the store, and feel safe trusting the pharmacy to fill my prescriptions. The fuel points also are much appreciated. All in all, thisis a wonderful place to shop.

I really want to express how much I appreciate the excellent customer service from Steve in the meat department. I stopped by a few days ago looking for leg of lamb. Steve dropped what he was doing and went in the back room and placed an order. He got my phone number and promised to call me the next day, which he did and said they'd be in today, which they were. He was friendly, courteous and made my shopping experience a very positive one. This is not always the case in other stores. That's the kind of service that makes me want to come back, and to know if I need something special an attempt will be made to get it if it's available.

Always good. It's my go to grocery store. Clean, well stocked and friendly staff. Good pharmacy also. It's in a busy area in the heart of Oro Valley, but the lines move quickly and it's usually pleasant to shop here. Like all grocery stores it can be really crowded before major holidays.

I love the frys app. Takes me a little longer to shop when I use the app but so worth it. I save so much money. And I just love the scan and go feature. If your not familiar with the scan and go feature its amazing. You scan and bag your groceries as you shop. When your all done all you need to do is go to the self check out scan the scan and go barcode and it will pull up your whole order. You just need to view it to make sure everything is ok and ensure you got all your discounts and coupons. And that's it. So easy and fast. Its especially great on the first Wednesday of the month on senior citizen day. They are soooo busy on senior day. But with the scan and go option it's a breeze.

With Albertsons, Basha's and Safeway all in my immediate area I will ALWAYS drive a bit more to shop at this Fry's location. From the time you enter their doors you are made to feel like a guest and everyone goes out of their way to help you like Bobbie at the front desk , Deb in the liquor dept , Leslie in meats and seafood, Walter in produce, Tomas as well as Betty in the cashier dept , the complete Starbucks team , Tina who floats all over the store and all the others I forgot to mention like the flower lady etc.. How many people do you actually know in your grocery store ?? If you want a store that goes out of their way to help you as well as a store with great prices I would ask you to try this location. I am retired and can shop all over the place as I have the time to do so however this store has won my business . Great Team efforts will await you if you do!

This review is for Erika. Last night Sun April 6, 2020 she was working the self checkout lanes, I am not used to having to grocery shop on my own but had to last night. I'm an Multiple Sclerosis patient and in relapse and was struggling to check out my groceries when Erika helped me without me asking for help, she is very kind and more employees should be like her because people like myself don't like to ask for help, she just did it from her own good will. Thank you very much Erika!!

A descendant of Fry's Electronics, the food stores were purchased by Kansas based Dillon's Foods long ago. Dillon's was a cutting edge class act and so became Fry's. Fry's Foods was then acquired by Kroger's along with it's purchase of Dillon's. And Dillon's owned Denver, Colorado based King Sooper's. Every conceivable department in a Y2K grocery retailer, in store Starbucks, and most with a national branded bank. Not the price leader, you'll find fair prices, attractive presentation, and decent ads. Fry's has an aggressive wine department for a grocery centric retailer. If customer service is important, this is your Arizona grocery choice.

This is my go-to grocery store. It is convenient to get in and out of and the prices are usually the best compared to the other local stores. The employees are very kind and helpful and work hard to ensure that the shopping experience is a good one.

Generally a very nice place, the store on Oracle and 1st is a little tired, however folks are very accommodating. They now have a gas station on premise, using points you can save money. Gas station is open 24/7, very convenient.
