Kroger

This review is in regards to an employee, Khamekka at Westlake Store. She went over and above to help us. She was on her way to deliver groceries, I assume, for a shelf somewhere. I asked her if there were any beets. She stopped what she was doing. Called the vegetable dept, walked me over, and helped me find them. The problem was they were the gold beets, and I wanted the red ones. She again called and then proceeded to go in the back see the dept man and brought me a whole box of the red ones. She was so patient and nice, definitely deserves a raise. I've not been happy with Krogers for a long time this restored my feeling that maybe they can get better.

Except for the hours being wrong on Google, it's fine. I've put in a request to change them twice. The store closes at 11 pm, NOT 12am!!!! They close at 11 pm......

This is a really nice Kroger with plenty of selections and just about anything you may want to look for in a supermarket.

Always in stock with plenty of cashiers. I'm now hooked on the self checkout with the Kroger pay, so fast and easy. No need to carry your wallet with you anymore, you can use Kroger pay at the registers and the pumps.

I shop Kroger at Westlake frequently because it is close to my house. I get frustrated by the automated checkout lanes, so I always go for a person who is manning a checkout line. Yesterday we were checked out by Billy and Garrett. They did an awesome job, and their friendliness makes me want to continue shopping there! Keep up the good work!!

Kroger is always a pleasant shopping experience

My wife and I came in on 4/20/21. Nice store with good sale items. However, we were really impressed in Deli, when Anthony stepped up and helped us make our deli decisions, what a friendly and super nice man. Just to let you know we had the potato salad he said was good and he was correct. So thank him for his great service.

This store is always clean and well-stocked. The "bistro" offers hot takeout meals for about $5-7 for an entree and two sides - they have terrific meat loaf, and their mac and cheese is the best anywhere. I joke to family when they visit that we'll go to Kroger for dinner! The employees are friendly, and I don't remember when I've had more than one person ahead of me in a checkout line; plus the self-checkout is terrific if you only have a few items. Overall, my favorite Kroger in the Roanoke and surrounding area.

Westlake Krogers is a nice place to shop. It is well stocked and has friendly staff, ready to help you. Prices are pretty good and sales always great! Nicer than most Kroger stores where I have shopped. Nice & clean too.

I love that this Kroger carries so many items catered to modern day living lifestyles such as organic, grain free, gluten free, etc. Such an easy place to get groceries and supplements, along with medicines, and I love that they sell the large bottles of organic kombucha! For everyday drinkers it’s so efficient and cost effective. They’re the ONLY place in the entire Franklin County area that does this.

Friendly staff always happy to help, especially Billy and Howard! They are aways smiling when you see them and makes sure you have everything you came to get! Billy even went the extra mile to help get my grocery to the car while it was snowing! Thanks Westlake Kroger!

My medicine was around 260.00 for one. Money is tight. I told her this was 3.00 at food lion. Line was getting long so she politely asked for help. The register was set and would not take my debit card. Nor did my friend tried his card it would not take his.
The lady taking care of us aked the pharmicist,she was not sure. While we were wating she put in 3 cards for discount that was in my purse. Called customer service once she came and voided the first transaction. At the end of sale this was reduced to 3.00 Amazing to have someone be so kind to go the extra mile. Thank you so mush Kroger Pharmacy.

The Pharmacist, Michelle and Pharmacy Tech were extremely helpful to today. My eye drop were extremely expensive and they went out of their way to help find a more affordable alternative. I really appreciate the assistance, it was above and beyond their normal duties

So much great customer service and providing huge demand to a small town with very little. The prices are beyond amazing. Wish Food Lion could do this but I understand they both buy from US Foods so neither are local produce...which sucks but doesn't take away from this store.

Great prices, so much more affordable than the Food Lion here. If you have a kroger card sometimes things are literally half the price of Food Lion. Plus they are open 24 hrs and have a great selection.

I was saved from fraud,by a Blonde haired young lady. I believe she worked at the service desk.I was trying to purchase 5 ITUNE gift cards atb 500 dollars each.She told me there was a scam going around. She received a call from a gentleman with an accent from India.I then realized that this was what was happening to me. I thanked her so much,hugged her,even offered her dinner.She was to kind to except.
I would like to nominate this young lady for Employee of the Week,or even the entire year. She saved me from a scam,in the total of 500 dollars.I was so excited and shook up,as well as embarrassed, I failed to get her name.If you can figure her name please thank her again,she was my angel that day.

It was a great experience. The cashier was really nice and she was fast and neat. I was checked out before I had my wallet out. I believe her name was Lexy

I love going to this store. Always pleasant workers and staff is always willing to help in any way needed. Store is always clean and well stocked. Good Job!!!!

They always have fresh veggies, good Angus prime steaks and lots of great cheeses.

I seriously love this Kroger. The cashiers are always really friendly. Great prices, great organic selection. And they're open 24 hours a day.
